Yep,

ACR=Famas
Type 95= G11
MP7=Ak74u

I don't think its quite like that. I'd go
ACR=Famas
Type 95=G11
MP7=Galil
PP90=Ak74u

Actually that doesn't look right either. MP7 and Galil are only paired because they are both steadyish and always silenced.

The gun didn't start kicking until 5 shots were fired, more than enough to down a guy on the other side of the map. Not to mention its recoil was very predictable.

Yes, it's more predictable than some of the other ARs but it still randomly kicks in two different directions (up and to the right). Compare that to the MP7 and ACR, which always kick up (the ACR has some horizontal recoil, however).

Your other claim is completely wrong.

Anyone who thinks MW3's guns are balanced well has not played the game long enough. Anyone who thinks explosives are perfect in mw3 has probably just came back from mw2.

I raise you:

Ehh, no, its much more like the G11. In no way do I see it being related to the M16.

Fox banned me and locked my thread. WTF did I do? If you want to please ask fox to reopen the thread. I am so confused.

I hate to be all tinfoil hat here, but you didn't do jack shit to them. Is there some form of contesting you can do about that?

If it was for "repeated infractions" then why the fuck would they lock the thread?

I didn't see anything about contesting that kind of stuff. They won't even tell me wtf I did. Fox sent me this "Creation of a secondary account to harass another member of our site." I made tons of accounts when I was banned for a while but I did the same thing on them that I did on my Brick account. I just used them to continue posting on my balance thread and the title update thread. They won't expand on what I quoted above.

Foxhound is one hell of a motherFoxtrotter. He bans you multiple times, deletes trollhunterpro's comments and defends TSD, then hands out a lock to the shotgun balance thread. He never even explains what exactly you did to get banned. Foxtrot you foxhound.

This is potentially upsetting. He still has not told mw wtf I did. I will try to get him to unlock the thread for everyone to continue posting without me for the time being. I really want to know wtf is going on.

Brick I'm going to make another shotgun balance thread. I'm going to call it "shotgun balance discussion". I will copy most of your suggestions in the post but make a few minor changes just so fox doesn't think I'm you and get myself banned.

Anything you want me to do before I make it?

Wongknife has already done that. I will try to get him to unlock it at least. You wouldn't have to change anything to post that thread. He doesn't care if its the same content he cares that its me. Just holf off for a while so I can see whats going on. My internet has been going in and out and I have been getting viruses and stuff on my laptop rescently so its been dificult to keep posting like I want to.

I have had plenty of times when I get a USAS hitmarker and did not have enough time to shoot again before getting railgund.

Yeah I always wanted them to buff the Usas's RoF. Its current RoF just seems oddly slow for an automatic. Thats doubtful to happen now though as some boneheads are even calling it OP.

Decrease damage to 20 = Increase rpm to 200 (3 shots per sec). Ext. Mags for multiple enemies encounter.

Decrease range to knife range, 15-5 damage, 400rpm. Much, much better. Very balanced too.

Serious though, I believe the USAS could be a semi auto with just a little more firecap, like 200. I miss a non-spammy semi auto.

Heretic! Only non believers dislike the mw2 m1014!

LOL I just played with mark again for a while. He said a couple of things that are somewhat disturbing and some that are promising.

He said they are on the fence about nerfing the pp90 and mp7. They are focusing on making the poorest performers more competent. In other words they don't want to nerf anything that much but want to buff the bad. I am generally okay with this. I believe that is a better way to balance this game.

Now for the somewhat disturbing. They might nerf the range of the shotguns but this is not a strait up nerf. They want to nerf the total range a little and make them more powerful up close. This is just what they are thinking, they actually have not gotten to shotguns yet. But the preliminary assessment was a slight nerf to range and a buff to a 2 pellet kill before the damage drop. I am constantly trying to get him to use the pumps for himself. Maybe next time I will try to get him to go against me in a private match him using a shotgun and me using an mp5 or some crap smg like that just to show him the difference. Then again he is not part of the balance team so I don't want to be hard on him for something he isn't doing himself. I will try to get in contact with some of the balance team to see what I can do.

But I see a problem in philosophy here. They don't want to nerf the mp7 and pp90 much if at all but they want to nerf the range on the pumps. That does not seem fair to me. Not at all. It seems they are still on the nerf because its complained about not because it is actually over powered mind set. I really hope I can convince them away from nerfing the range on the pumps.

He also said that tdm matchmaking and lag comp stuff was basically reverted to mw2. I hope the game gets better after this patch has more time to propagate.

Mark is a funny guy. He has great stories.
