Well to be fair, it's true. Quickscoping is a good skill to have in a pinch, but if you base your playstyle around it you can't expect to do good.
If I see someone constantly going for railguns and only landing about 70% of their shots, I'm not gonna be impressed at all (especially in search where everyone and their mother tries to fucking railgun.
But if someone is a gosh darn golly gee whiz good sniper, consistently landing their shots, and then someone gets the drop on them and they pull some crazy doo-doo, then that's impressive. Cuz that's someone who's fucking mastered quickscoping, rather than someone who spends every other game trying to trickshot everyone.

I think trickshotting is stupid; its all luck. Every montage is all the same thing: jumping 360 noscopes that get old fast. But other than that i respect people who railgun and the filter that makes me say railgun
