I just got it gold last night. I enjoy using it more than the Striker. When finally getting Damage + Ext. Mags it's pretty sweet!

The first night I used it, I thought , "Holy crap this thing has nice range". I was having very nice games, nothing like the Striker that I had previously leveled, but very nice none-the-less.
But the next night i tried it, it was doo-doo.
Conclusion: Lag pwns all.

^ Yeap.
The SPAS-12 is great with steady aim as well. I just got extended mags for the AA-12 and it's not bad either. I only use either one on Dome though.

Foxtrot yes I've used the Spas more than twice as much as any other gun. Which isn't to say it's especially effective, but it's super manly.
What setup do you use? Right not I'm toying with cutting out Steady Aim because I find that with Damage + Emags I lose fights more from missing than from hitmarker and if I need more range I can just ADS and get the aim assist as well.
I also run Ballistic Vest with it; I'm not sure how much that helps.

I loved my heard earned Gold Spas xMags and Damage with SteadyAIM I had last prestige, especially on maps like dome and HardHat (I owend that pipe).
It does feel pro when you get Spas12 kills, where as you can feel a bit cheap getting kills with the Striker.

stats say that the ksg takes less pellets to kill at range than the spas, ive done infected lobbies with the spas scilencer + damage, and people are complaining about hit markers

The KSG never, ever, does more damage than the Spas. Ever.

Spas Class 1 - Spas w/ Damage + Ext. Mags - MP9 with Red Dot - Extreme Conditioning Pro - Hardline Pro - Stalker Pro
Spas Class 2 - Spas w/ Damage + Ext. Mags - MP9 with Red Dot - Recon - Assassin Pro - Dead Silence
Assault Package: UAV, Care Package, Predator (I need to swap out Care Package for Attack Chopper because I get tired of waiting for packages to drop).
I mainly use the first class atm. The second class I made to get some perk challenges done for Recon and Dead Silence. Recon Pro is my favorite perk in the game. I have not been able to get use to walking slower when in ADS mode so I swear by Stalker for Perk 3 and prefer to ADS for the majority of my kills with any gun. I like to ADS before turning a corner.
Spas KD Ratio: 1.43 (1166 kills) 73% accuracy MP9 KD Ratio: 1.62 (296 kills) 16% accuracy
My KD ratio with the Spas was lingering around 0.90-1.00 prior to getting Damage + Ext. Mags on it. Since then it's only been going up. I've had quite a few double kills with 1 shot also.

After getting it leveled up I've received the 'Most Longshot' accolade a couple times. I always tease my friends about that after a match.

lol, well the medal is given relative to the weapon you are using
but while it does have "long" range, I think it should be increased to 800 or so, 5 damage from 600-800m
that would be a manly beast

lol yeah I'm aware of that, it's just funny seeing that medal for yourself when you have teammates using Assault and Sniper Rifles.
Today I noticed it's possible to get a (long shot) double kill with 1 shot. I got it on a first blood on Arkaden a couple feet from the bottom of the stairs facing the hallway that leads to that area. 2 guys turned that corner and boom!

Spas is always the most fun gun to use when you're doing well. It's my most used gun so far, even after taking about a month break from it. I'm feeling like pulling it back out tonight.

It's just a shame that the KSG-12 has nothing over the SPAS but Mag size (lol).
That gun is the king of sexy amongst the shotguns.

I have aiming issues (as most do) so SPAS is extra-hard for me. I am loving the AA12, however.
