I asked a guy and he said the blue moab emblem was for getting 50 gold metals in clan contests.

Update on the above issue from the Elite twitter:

Clan Emblems were inadvertently enabled for a subset of users. They'll be fully enabled for all clans in the next update.

Wouldn't it be cool if you could choose more than one emblem to display on your callsign? edit: (One emblem per prestige!)

Just a thought...
Hopefully in BO2, they will bring back the BO1 emblem maker. If not, then I hope for something like this.

I dont have them. My clan is lvl 11, anybody know why? I am a paying elite member. Do you have to lvl after they launched it or something like that?

My clan's emblems unlocked yesterday I think... they have to unlock them individually from my understanding, since some bug occurred.
