MW3 Elite: clan "rankings"

FYI: Elite web site now has a new feature for "ranking" clans:

1) Clans are divided into 3 categories by member count: lightweight (4-10), middleweight (11-50), and heavyweight (51-100)

2) Rankings can be sorted by SPM / KD / Win%.

3) Rankings are available for All time / Monthly / Weekly.

Finally clan leaderboards! My clan Alpha is ranked 3rd in heavyweight for highest level. I always thought we were up there, never knew for sure.

It is working for me. Try "Connect" and select "Clan" on the top, then scroll down for clan leader boards.

For our clan (HSV1):
Heavyweight clan
Clan Level: 34, 201st place
W/L ratio: 25th place
KDR: 205th place
SPM: 326th place

One thing clear about our clan is that although we allow anybody to join and don't screen members by criteria like KDR or SPM, we are a bunch who put winning way above else :-)

The leader board just went broken for me. Even when it was working I did not see a way to tell.

I think we would be much higher than 25th....if three players in our clan, their W/L ratio's didn't count. The one guy....I think he has more losses than our top 20 players combined lol

Not a bit deal though.

Since ELITE is terrible and does not have clan operation leaderboards, a member of mKs has taken the time to create a leaderboard with wins, records, and results from each operation on our website. Send a clan member to TEAMMKS.TK to register and we will allow them to post your clan’s results after every operation. We will compile a rankings list for each operation based off of your posts.

These leaderboards are unfortunately limited to ps3 only.

From what I can see there are only 10 pages for each of the categories (light, mid, heavy)... Is there any place to go quickly check where your clan falls on the list? or do you have to manually scroll through it to find yourself?

something went public today, on the rankings. Not sure what people saw, but we got a crapload of applications of people wanting to join the clan.

And why did we get a bonus 1,000 XP today? We are now at level 35.

My clan also got an XP boost, not sure why. (It was about 1000-2000) Now we just need to do 2 clan ops, and we'll be level 50. :D

Hey Witty..

Clan rankings are working.

Amongst heavyweights....(50+), no.1 team in winning pct is 'F!A2'. 83.48%.. I know these guys well. Eight of them are on my friendslist, play with some of them now and then....and about five or six guys in our clan, used to be there. They are no 1 because ...well, obviously, they win like crazy. They are primarily a Domination clan, like us. But unlike us..they HEAVILY screen new members. Very fussy about new people, how people play, loadouts people use, and everything else. On the 'uptight' scale, they are pretty far up there. Some of there guys won't even play the clan ops...because they don't want to wreck their WL ratios.But all in all... they are very good. They have a website, have been around for years and years.

We are currently ranked #23 in WL ratio.

The guy boxr, ...his clan Alpha ('A')....they are ranked 3rd in terms of level, they are at level 49. Their WL pct is at 53.07% That would appear to be well outside of #100 or beyond.


Edit.....there is no way of getting the total number of clans. It would appear there are at least 1,000 plus 'heavyweight' clans. I think, kind of guessing there.

What we do know is that if you add up all the Lightweight (4-10), Middleweight (11-50) and Heavyweight (50+)...the total is approximately around 40,000.

Maybe this breakdown?

Lightweight - 29,000
Middleweight - 10,000
Heavyweight - 1,000

W/L is not something I focus on personally or screen new members for when recruiting, because it can be easily manipulated via dash-boarding and because joining games late and receiving auto-losses is inevitable. Props to you for achieving a high W/L legitimately.

SPM we're ranked 209 with 219 SPM (#1 has 296 SPM. "TheWickedElite")
KD* we're ranked 27 with 1.86 (#1 has 3.12 "+P")

*leaderboard stats only reflect heavyweight clans, KD stat is monthly because all-time wouldn't load. -__-

#6 in K/D ratio
