For all we know, the front kill with the knife could be exclusive to the Combat Knife, to give it some use.

You can clearly see he's armed with some sort of a gun, then knifes the guy in the chest for a OHK. He never even switched to the knife.

Maybe you get the Combat Knife effect even with your gun out? I didn't see if he was carrying a secondary weapon.

That doesn't make sense to me. Think of it like this: being able to Reflex Blade the way you could in old games is something that I, and I think a good number of players, would be willing to spend a point on instead of having a secondary. It seems strange that if you give up your secondary weapon, not only do you get extra points to spend on perks and whatnot but you ALSO get improved knifing with your primary?

Face it, OHK knives are back. They look weaker than previous versions, but they still kill a man good and dead.

As long as the auto-aim and lunge are gone or significantly reduced for reflex blades, I could care less if it's a OHK. You can have that dumb bullshit if you run around with your knife out.

BO was the worst for panic knifing. Can anyone tell me why, I hardly ever get Reflex Bladed hard in MW3 but in Black Ops roughly 3-4 deaths a game are rage inducing panic knives.

Nope, I disagree 100%. MW2 was the worst thanks to commando, followed by MW3. CoD4 ICR and BO wasnt too bad. Knife was nerfed in there for reduced lunge range.

MW2 was arguably the worst due to commando, but at least there were reliable shotgun secondaries to fend them off. Being in the same tier as Ninja means they can't sneak up on you either.

Black Ops was horrendous prior to the patch. Even after it, the lunge may have been greatly reduced, but the auto aim sure wasn't. MW3 is the same idea; short lunge, but ridiculously generous auto aim.
