I'd actually love to see the L86 be 3-5 with a lot of range and the MK46 be 3-4. i think that would make things very even. they basically shoot at the same speed, and the L86 is more accurate with more than half the reload speed and better irons. as it is now, i have no incentive to use any LMG except the L86. they at least need to nerf the L86 and Mk46 because they are my best non-snipe K/d guns and honestly they are OP, i mean 3hk forever with built in kick(by crouching) come on guys.

I don't know the MK46 kind of became bad after the patch. 3hk at all ranges was nice, but the L86 was just plain better. The MG36 and the PKP also had a 3hk, just with less firerate and recoil. The gunkick on the MK46 was also crazy high for me and putting thermal on it made it into a crappier L86. I think it just became obsolete after the buff and after this nerf. MG36 is now the best and before it was the L86. L86 will always be beastly though.

I agree about the L86 dominance issue, but nerfing it is kind of like throwing the last cookie into the garbage so no one will fight over it. Overall balance is more important then balance within the weapon class. The buffed verison of the L86 is what the other LMGs should be brought up to par to, not bringing the L86 down with the other LMGs. They should of done things like giving the MG36 more 85% run speed and 3.5 second aim speeds, PKP less recoil and higher torso multipliers.MK46 less recoil and higher RoF, and m60 less recoil and longer 2 hit kill range.
This nerf totally messed up the whole deal, I hope it gets fixed soon.

Well I can say this stuff on this forum without getting banned. (lol got banned again btw)
This weapon team is by far the worst I have personally experienced so far in any game. I think they may actually have some sort of mental instabilities that keep them from rational thought.
This may not be far from the truth. It would definitely explain how they thought the 8 pellet 25-5 spas and the 6 pellet ksg were balanced weapons at launch. Also the akimbo fmgs. Honestly mental problems seem like the most likely source of this BS.

Looks like I may be playing this a little longer now. But I'm frustrated on Ghandi's response when I asked him if they are going fix the OHKs Smaws and rpgs do on juggs. He said that "it was part of the design, you got to kill them somehow". Even without the smaws, all it takes is a stun or flash and some akimbo or smg and your done.

Problem is, how long will it take. No way anything is rectified prior to the 4th of July week and then after that it will take 2 weeks for the staff to dry out and come back to work. We will be lucky to see this fixed by Mid-July.
