Has anyone discovered the HP for buildings yet? Is there a difference in armour or HP type? Any clue as to the make up of a building? Stone walls clearly have less HP than one RPG hit, but how many sections are there in a standard 4 wall building? What is the balance HP after all walls have been destoyed?

Every single destroyable thing in and on a building has its own health.
Every wall segment. Every pane of glass. Every frame that holds those panes of glass.
Almost every breakable object has 100 points of health, and even one object has several segments each with 100 health (like concrete stoppers or wooden fences)... but each component has different material properties that modify damage taken from different attacks.
Buildings that can collapse require a percentage of the walls to be destroyed (between 70 and 80%) . One of the smallest examples is the small single story building that holds first MCOM on Port Valdez. Eight wall sections and eight roof sections. In order to collapse, at least twelve of the sixteen sections must be destroyed.
That's the gist of it.

Appreciate the response Den. I asked because I had heard that the buildings had a set amount of HP and that the full value of it had to be reduced in order for it to collapse. I assume internal walls, some of which don't appear to be destoyable, don't count towards this percentage?

That's right, most internal walls are indestructible. Only parts of the bullding that can be destroyed contribute to the "ManyPartsDestroyedPercentage".
