I can help with some of that.
RC-XD explosion: radius 256, minimum 25 damage, maximum 400 (!) damage Spy Plane/Counter-Spy Plane: 700 health SAM turret: 1000 health with 0.3x modifier, 90-second duration (same for Sentries?) Napalm: burns the player for 51 damage/sec over 3 seconds
Mortar Team: radius 256, minimum 50 damage, maximum 300 damage, looks to be 1.3 sec between shells up to +- 0.2 sec variation Attack Helicopter: lasts 60 seconds
Blackbird: lasts 45 seconds; I'm pretty sure Ghost Pro doesn't counter but I can't find anything to support what my friend told me when we tested this in a private match (I had GP, he had BB) Dogs: 100 health (doesn't seem supported by in-game experience, though) Gunship: lasts 60 seconds, has 1 flare

So: RC-XD- 6.4m AoE, ~5.3m lethal, i guess RC health isn't a big issue since it blows up after a few bullets Napalm lasts for 3 seconds?, I thought it was longer than that also, animations are sometimes deceptive to the actual affected range... SAM has 0.3x modifier, I'm assuming its only for bullets

One thing that i have noticed that is very handy is that the radar planes now, unlike in mw2, leave the battlefield at a fesible speed and still maintain normal health characteristics until they completely leave the map allowing them to be shot down by a rocket while leaving the map unlike in mw2 where if a rocket was to follow a UAV off the map the UAV could outrun the rocket and just give you a hit marker when the rocket reached the edge of the map.

SAM has 0.3x modifier, I'm assuming its only for bullets I made a mistake on the RC-XD minimum explosion damage: it's 25, not 40. That might change your calculation of its lethal blast radius. Napalm burns on the character for 3 seconds. Napalm on the ground, however, burns for 13. It appears that you have 5 seconds of protection after spawning. You are correct in thinking that the modifier only applies to bullets. Knifing is still a one-hit kill. Tactical grenading a turret disables it for 5 seconds.

So RC-XD has lethal radius of 5.12m Set 1 foot into the AoE of the Napalm w/o flak jacket pro and you die...

In response to the poster regarding shooting down choppers, yes you can shoot down any chopper with the M72 LAW. You may need two tries to hit it but once hit it goes down. Same with RPG. If your good enough or lucky enough to hit a chopper with this unguided weapon you will bring it down. Flares do spoof the guided launchers, but not always. i have experienced one shot kills. It may have to do with just a random factor more in favor of the chopper than witht the launcher but I have brought them down despite the flares. Also, the infamous attack helo also has the abiltiy of causing a miss by manuver. I shot at the same one three time in a row with the LAW, (yes I had to die twice in a row to accomplish this). The Attack chopper can sideslip a missile and cause a miss without a flare.
