Drift0r, just do the entire community a favor and say that the killcam is not an actual replay. People know nothing and complain. They don't know about lag, ping, or whatever you want to call the delay between you-host-enemy. Take this dude for example: (watch until 00:35)If the guy knew what was happening behind the scenes, he wouldn't be complaining. He would know that this is normal for any online experience. That is: -He sees himself ahead of what the host sees. The enemy does the same to himself. -He sees the enemy behind than the host see. The enemy does the same. -The bulet registration is fixed by anti-lag, but it doesn't change the fact that location disparity is always present Now if you want to blame something, blame the maps for being so closed with corners everywhere. Big open maps the problem would still be there, but way, way less apparent. Whatever you do, don't blame it on a "broken netcode", because it isn't its problem. Agree 100%. Completely.

I am here because of Driftor. I think he's right. The people here wouldn't want 2000 of the average COD fan here. See any YT vid comments, the COD forums, Gamebattles forums, etc.

While what you say is probably true, this issue / problem has become a focal point of the community because the last 3 CODs have had this problem on a far worse scale than the previous 3. People don't know why, so you get "Lag Comp".

Have the last three CoD's (BO2, MW3, BO1) really been that much worse, than say MW, WaW and MW2?
I really don't think so. I still have the old games, played them a bit in Sept when taking a break from MW3, and to be very blunt, ....i felt no perceptible difference whatsoever. There was some really choppy rides in those old games too, from time to time.

The fact that anyone is knows or cares about some utuber's drama just scares the crumbs out of me. I could only watch about 30 seconds of that video before I turned it off in embarrassment for the maker.
As far as the connection thing goes, it seems like the choppiness that I saw in COD:4 and WAW were replaced with just being behind the other guy. It just seems like there are more instances of being out of sync with the other players, only to lose a frame or two and then catch up and be dead. Not a big deal, I know I have the same effect on others and in the end it probably all evens out, so I just go about my business.

Hi Driftor I love your new puppy.
I do appreciate you trying to educate the ignorant masses on how these games work. The hardest, yet simplest, thing to try to explain to my friends is how damage/range works.
