See signature.
Movement speed is determined by the currently equipped weapon.
Lightweight: Increases movement speed by 7% Exo Overclock: Increases movement speed by 12% (19% with Lightweight) Stock: ADS does not decrease movement speed

Movement speed is determined by the currently equipped weapon. ARs: 90% SMGs: 100% Heavy Weapons: 80% Sniper Rifles: 90% Shotguns: 100% Bulldog - Breacher: 90% Handguns: 100% Launchers: 80% Combat Knife: 100% Heavy Shield: 80% MDL: 80% Crossbow: 100% Ripped Turrets: 100% SAC3, Sniper Rifle, and Shotgun variants with Mobility +/- x have a movement speed increased/decreased by 2% * x compared to the base weapon (except the NA-45 - Rover). With most weapons, ADS decreases movement speed to 40% of the weapon's movement speed. With SMGs and Handguns, ADS decreases movement speed to 80% of the weapon's movement speed. Lightweight: Increases movement speed by 7% Stock: ADS does not decrease movement speed I'm assuming XMGs have +/- movement speed with mobility too, right?

Marvel doesn't mention it, so I'm going with no. I'll defer to his infinite wisdom.
...but I'm going with no. It probably reduces ADS In, of course.

I don't think there are any mobility variants for the xmgs.

Turrets has nasty habbit to stay at same movement speed as a weapon prior their activation.

Because Marv got it wrong the first time The Ripple Turrets use the movement speed of the weapon you previously had equipped. So if you're using it with an EM1 and take out the turret, you'll move at EM1 speed. However, if you take out the knife AND THEN the turret, you'll move at knife speed. Not sure if this applies to the variants that have > 100% movement speed, though.

So what does the "+2 mobility" represent on the NA-45 Rover?

This thread has been up since his second or maybe even first sniper video too. He's had the time to correct. He will probably mention it later on in another video or something.

Is lightweight and exo overclock calculated as [movement speed] x [1.07|1.12] or [movement speed] + [1.07|1.12]?

I keep seeing movement speed in percents, but does anyone know what the actually speed is? As in 100% = xx m/s or mph or whatever
