A sufficient amount, most likely. Last I looked, PC has only a few hundred in the off hours, a few thousand at US prime time, mostly just playing Attrition.

Yes people play it. At certain hours some of the playlists get a little thin. Past midnight US PDT tonight for example Variety Pack was down to 0. Which is kind of disappointing because that was always my favorite playlist. Prime hours most playlists are decently populated The game should be pretty cheap, map packs are free. No reason not to jump in.

Not sure, I get the impression it doesn't. But that might just be because I was distracted by the problems frame rate had with lock-on weapons.
Titanfall free to play this week if you download EA Access, so no need to buy it before you decide you like it.

does frame rounding affect rof? Probably not; it's built on the Source engine. COD is built on the Quake 3 engine, which is where the issue of needing a new frame for a new event comes from (I think).

Is there anything that this bastard hasn't touched? A few; barley anything at that.
