Just reread marvel4's post. So they not only made it what I assume is now a 4 pellet kill at close range, but they actually BUFFED the ADS speed.

as long as they actually fix the 16(12) players lobbies, I am content. That shit is just ridiculous. Coding games is probably 100x harder than I think, but a simple (if?) check to net let anybody else in once IF your party is bigger than the number of open places in a lobbie
ELSE IF the lobbie has reached its maximum number of players.
--> NOPE But than again, all I know is matlab and fortran. That code is surely there in some form. I think the problem is probably along the lines of a race condition with pending joins. But yes it should be super easy to fix.

I saw it before right below scorestreaks. Might have been that they removed it because it was causing some of the crashing.

Also, is anyone else having slightly annoying "new thing here" glitches where the game thinks I have the rare customization of every attachment available and thus will indefinitely have the green tab lit up for every attachment?
EDIT: Just played a game and in the lobby there was definitely lobby leaderboard. Maybe it's because I'm playing TDM?

I can see the lobby leaderboard upon entering a new lobby, but after I play a round in that lobby, it permanently disappears. I assume it's currently a bit bugged.

Had to be a hot fix I didn't get a patch yet on xb1 just noticed the dart has real lock on now. It beeps and locks red crosshairs on target. Cerberus machine gun seems buffed also, haven't used much else yet.

Was Sixth Sense nerfed? Felt like it wasn't working for me for my last few games, but it could have been just me being tired.

It definitely felt like the RAPS got a buff last night. They're still way too easy to shoot down, but if they stick around for longer than five seconds, mayhem ensues.

Dart lock-ons are definitely more pronounced. It's nice not having to lead targets nor dive down more often now.

Well I for one am looking forward to still occasionally getting one kill with my Darts. Can't wait to see the RAPS buff in action though. Did GI Joe unit get some love? Vonderhaar and his stupid half-assed twitter patch-notes. I'm half convinced that there were no buffs and he's trying to placebo effect us.

I personally went through almost every scorestreak in the game after yesterday's hot fix in which David Vonderhaar tweaked and tuned a bunch of them. These are my findings. Proof and data testing can be found in the linked source video at the end of the post. RC Car: Surprisingly, this little sucker received a buff. You now can no longer survive an RC Car with Flak Jacket. That's right, Flak Jacket now does NOT protect you from this streak. You basically will always die to an RC car upon detonation. These are tremendously easy to kill, so don't freak out yet.
The Dart was buffed by two fold. First of all, it received a lock on mechanism for enemy players. Prior to the buffs, it could ONLY lock on to enemy scsorestreaks. There was no auto lock on for enemy players, which means you basically had to be right next to them for a rocket to hit, a feat which is very difficult considering you yourself are moving. Now however, you can simply fly up high in the sky and lock on to unsuspecting enemies below and have the rockets home in and kill them. The second buff is an increase in damage and yet another nerf to Flak Jacket users. Prior to the buff, it took all 3 rockets to kill a flak jacket users. Now, however, it only takes 2. That means you now have one extra rocket AND the dart itself to kamikaze the last person in your sights.
Rolling Thunder. I'm not 100% sold on this one, but we'll see when the patch notes come out. I didn’t have any good clips PRE buff to measure the time it took to call in, so I can’t say for certain if it now comes in faster. Many people are reporting that it now operates very similar to Advanced Warfare's bombing run, in that it CAN and WILL kill you if you’re under cover in a building. Furthermore, it now comes in across the entire map rather than in just a little portion. You can see a clip from theater mode in my video if you need proof.
The Lightning Strike. It was hard to disagree with the fact that the lightning strike came in entirely too slow with way too much warning. In a prebuff clip, starting from when the hud starts to appear after putting the tablet away, it took 4.3 seconds for the first strike to hit. After the patch, starting the clock at the exact same time or as close as I could get, it now takes 2.4 seconds. That’s a huge buff that will help this streak immensely. You now have very little time to react, just like in Black Ops 2. This will be one of the most popular streaks from here on out in my opinion. Your enemy is still alerted that you’re calling it in, by the way.
The Cerberus received one buff for sure, and one speculative buff. The one I can say for certain is that it now takes 3 rockets to destroy. Prior to the buff, it was 2. The speculative buff is in its movement speed. I have no way of measuring how fast it is now, nor do I have any good footage of how fast it used to be. To me, it does appear to move faster though.
Many people are stating that the wraith received a buff – including in its evasiveness from rockets. In testing, however, I couldn’t see this to be true. It still takes 2 rockets to shoot down and it never evaded any rockets I shot at it from the blackcell. It could be stronger, but that’s difficult to tell. It may also target those attempting to lock on it faster now. The only thing I noticed for certain was that you can no longer take it out in 1 rocket. Prior to the buff, as soon as the wraith entered the map you could shoot it down in 1 rocket rather than 2 since it’s drone that absorbs a rocket wouldn’t arrive yet. This has been fixed so that it will now always take 2 rockets.
The RAPS ship now takes 4 rockets to destroy, up from 3.
The Mothership. While I can’t conclude with any evidence that it received a buff in its strength, many people are reporting that it did and can now kill people extremely fast. What I can conclude, however, is that it now takes a whopping SIX rockets to fully destroy. Prior to the patch, it took 4. In my opinion, this is a huge benefit. Granted, someone could still spam all 4 Black cell rockets, suicide, and take it out – but it takes A LONG time to lock on to the little parts associated with the massive ship. Chances are, you’ll be able to pick them off while they are shooting the 6 rockets.
Many people said the HATR got a buff, but it did not. It STILL takes 3 rockets to destroy, and I saw no increase in its duration. Likewise, the powercore still takes 3 rockets, the GI unit still takes 4, and the sentry and guardian still take 2 to destroy.
All other streaks I could not find any noticable buffs/nerfs in their power, ability or duration. That's not to say they DIDN'T get touched, I just couldn't conclusively find anything different. Hope this helps until we get the actual patch notes!

I noticed today while trying to complete the Specter Hero armor that the Specter camouflage no longer appears as a clear silhouette when seen; you're now a shimmering blue glowy and much easier to see. Kinda like Obi-Wan, but not as solid. Stealth nerf?
