Got promoted to Plat 2 on PC in a Bomb game that featured on the opposite team what I think is the first PC Diamond I've seen in Ranked. I've been going with the theory that I'd play a couple of Casual matches and if I felt good just do one PC ranked match per night and it has been working pretty well. I've convinced myself now that if I keep working at it I can make Diamond on PC. My KD on PC is still moving up, and is a solid 0.2 higher than it is on Xbox. That kind of got me thinking about how much my XIM really helps me on the console version. I consulted with Witty about some of his questions from his last post. Somehow despite his dark history, which I only know from legend, he thought turning down his brightness to... 20... in game... would be a good idea. I think we got him sorted now. The Scorpion will become our most efficient killing machine. Bank on it. That might have been one of the funniest moments in my gaming history. That's also interesting about the XIM controller. I would think the spread is even bigger, because when playing the PC...you are often running against people who use the mouse/keyboard? So they also have that advantage, with more using it?

Tried this when they had a free beta weekend on ps4.
it was... Different (at least for me) plus it seemed that everyone I went up against was yber leveled and I clearly was not.
Didn't hate it but it's not on my hdd anymore

its very rough around the edges, but beneath theres a really good game. Its a shame that it never got the full funding and attention it really deserves, and it never will It's been a long road... and I certainly don't agree with everything they've been doing with the game... But I've got to say that it seems to be getting the attention and funding. A full third year confirmed, plus I guess another 2 years of Pro League. Even though Operation Health didn't quite fix the game, it seems like with the patches since it's more or less finally stable. It doesn't crash on Xbox anymore. No blue screens. Dedicated matchmaking works. The party lobby still seems P2P and that causes issue with certain people who between them and their provider ARE REALLY BAD AT INTERNET... but for the most part it works. They've slowed down on maps, which kind of sucks, especially since the GROM season got cancelled and dumped into the asian seasons... And they seem to be compensating with uhhh... really stupid lore. Ok, it's two sisters with a sibling rivalry and daddy issues. And they can magically somewhat tank each others' abilities... because they are sisters. Derp-a-derp. I can do without the anime backstory. They seem to be trying to make the operators have more personality to tap into I guess that Overwatch thing. I don't get it, the weirdos were still happy to dress up as the 'boring' original operators. Another major issue with recent content is power creep. Zofia is like Ash paired with Ela, except without having to reload her breaching rounds, and getting an extra concussion round. The two Worst Korea operators have a choice of ridiculous machine pistol sidearms to go along with pretty awesome seeming primaries. Better weapon loadouts and extra abilities. It's a bit much. Still, the game is the strongest it has ever been in terms of playerbase. Destiny 2 has already fallen behind on (what I presume is) the US charts. If it wasn't for NewCOD it would be top FPS overall... And I guarantee sooner or later it will be overtaking the yearly COD. And the Steam charts with the latest free weekend are once again setting new highs: steamcharts.com/app/359550One of the craziest success stories in the last few years of gaming.
