90% of my classes use Hardwired/DS/Gung Ho. I agree that Hardwired + Gung Ho > Awareness + Fast Hands. Just the benefit of shooting while adsing/jumping is too big to miss out on. I notice that huge delay every time I try playing without it.

Is that really a glitch though? My interpretation based on marvel4's explanation is any action that stops sprinting would heavily reduce sprint out time. Ads stops sprint, therefore benefiting greatly from it. I'd assume jumping, crouching or letting go of forward while holding the trigger would get similar results.

I like the idea of hc, but not with 30 hp. Too many people play with their eyes glued to the radar in core, it gets annoying at times

Dunno, but it's best for footsteps Did you correct for the loudness boost by lowering the volume down to where something like guns or whatever sound the same between Treyarch mix and Supercrunch? You should be right. The Razorback always felt a little off whenever I used it and I didn't know why until I found this out. Hawk, it was mentioned on the last update BM made on his iPhone app. You can easily see the spread when testing the recon sight at long ranges.

Okay, I understand why SMGs and handguns in general have larger ADS spreads, but why the Razorback? That weapon is garbage CQC and then it deals with ads spread for long range combat.

2HK is possible with headshots at max range, so added damage does get multiplied at some point. I didn't test how many pellets must hit the head and/or body though.

Whatever unit the RedDevs spreadsheet uses, assuming it's accurate. It says max range is 15, and the mid damage range is from 10 to 12.
On another note, how do headshot multipliers work on the brecci with the new damage mechanics?

Laser is still pretty bad on the brecci. It only helps within 2 unit ranges, and is detrimental for the other 13 unit ranges.

I didn't know about the max damage range change with the long barrel. The spreadsheet says minimum added damage * 0.8...? Does that mean it can take 1 more shot to kill at max range? Which spreadsheet is this? RedDevs

So now that SMGs have had their sprint out speed reduced, does that mean the gap between Gung-Ho and fast hands has now widened? Since Marvel said that Gung-Ho is better when the ADS speed is faster than sprint out speed with Fast Hands, it seems like that will be true more often for SMGs. Isn't it the opposite? Lower sprint out time means it will be closer to smg QD time, so fast hands gains the benefit here?

Hmm, that makes me wonder if you get aim assist while sliding or jumping as well...
I was hoping he would have also verified if aim assist does reduce flinch and recoil, but that might be hard to test accurately.

The Dingo has 300 ms sprint out time according to Xclusive Ace, so that's probably standard or the minimum for LMGs.

I've got a decent headset and know how good awareness is, I'm just saying it isn't necessary.
On one hand, you have pub stomping lobbies. In those situations, it doesn't matter whether you have awareness or 1-point custom classes, the outcome will be the same.
On the other hand, you face against decent players. Most decent players use dead silence already, and/or run reaper. Soundwhoring just isn't consistent here. You get into the mindset where you rely too much on awareness and not enough on what's going on around you (remember heartbeat sensor?). You carelessly run around corners, right into the prone camper's or dead silence user's sights.
Of course, I'm an aggressive CQC player and avoid ARs and LMGs when possible. Gung ho and sixth sense award the aggressive CQC players more than the slower alternatives so I'm super biased here. Remember, you can still soundwhore without those perks, but that logic doesn't stand for gung ho or sixth sense.
See where I'm coming from?

With sixth sense in the game, soundwhoring isn't as overpowered as people think. That overpowered piece is a permanent motion sensor stuck to your character. They both accomplish similar roles, plus, more people run dead silence than hard wired as countermeasures.
The point I'm making is the sound whoring perks aren't required. I've equipped gung ho on all my shotgun and SMG classes and they feel great right now.

Regardless of any stats, you can't look anymore badass than mowing enemies down with the scythe or brecci while sprinting.

Xclusive Ace did a recent video about suppressor ranges after the hotfix and the KN looks like it's at about a 30% range reduction now.

So I just learned that the KN-44 gets the same suppressor multiplier as SMGs. I knew that was the case for LB, but I didn't realize suppressor would be the same case.

Anybody who can play this game without target assist on console is a manly man. It takes some getting used to, and most importantly, you are playing against others who have it on. I tried playing without it for the last two days... I'm not a manly man .

I'm pretty peeved about the rk5 nerf as well. I guess they don't want secondaries to be used as primaries. They already get attachment restrictions, what gives?
