If both the pilot and gunner of a vehicle have the +Armor upgrade, does the damage reduction stack?
I can't find any hard data on the vehicle mods, does anyone know what the actual effects are for the different ones? So far the +Armor seems far and away better than all the rest.
Oh, and vaguely on the same topic, I always have the Proximity Detector when in a vehicle, regardless what upgrade I have selected. Is this a permanent, stacking bonus for buying the Limited Edition, a glitch, or me being an idiot? All I know is that I'm effectively immune to landmines due to the permanent ability to see them on the map.

I don't believe you can double the Armor but you can have two separate specializations. Like Armor and Alt Fire for example.
I'm not sure about the proximity as I have it always on too.

Some of the upgrades, such as Alt Fire, seem to only work for the person who equipped them..

I'm pretty sure they only work for whomever is using it.
Armor is probably specific to the operator.

You always have point blank proximity detection in a vehicle, when you have the proximity detector on it's much much wider.

No, it was stated by the a Dev that two of the same spec would not stack if both players in a vehicle had it.
Different specs will stack, with the exception of 'active' specs like Alternate fire, Smokescreen and Optical zoom, in which they will only apply to the driver.

You always have point blank proximity detection in a vehicle, when you have the proximity detector on it's much much wider. With proximity detector it is like the sensor grenade. It beeps and shows all nearby arrows on your radar. I'm pretty sure the proximity doesn't work if you're not the driver though.
