Will a DLC pack of weapons ever come out? I have heard rumors but thats it. I thunk new guns are a must because Bad Company 2 has all the same guns as Bad Company 1.
What guns would be awesome in a weapon pack?
My List: L96 SR-25 PSG-1 MP9/MP7 P90 AK-47
And Many More

Filling up each classes' eighth slot.
Assault: SIG 550 Statistically identical to the HK416, but no Grenade Launcher, instead issuing the Assault some C4.
Engineer: MP5SD Might as well - Engineer already has a wide spectrum of redundant weapons and the MP5 is popular. Another middle-ground weapon like the AKS74U or XM8C.
Medic: Remington 11-87 There is no weapon I can think of that could possibly not be absolutely unnecessary in the diverse LMG lineup. Instead, deliver to him a semi-auto shotgun with a 7 round capacity and Slugs by default.
Recon: Springfield 308 A single shot bolt action. Only one round capacity, so it eliminates the need to reload by... reloading after each shot. A "rate of fire" similar to the M95 but an overall faster potential rate of fire than any of the bolt actions due to the lack of a technical reload.
Pistol: Just put a silencer on the M9. Bam, instant usefulness.
...Huh, all of my weapon choices are SWAT guns.

Assault: MASADA. I know. I know. It's the ACR but I freaking loved this thing when we were field testing them in Iraq. Throw on the 7.62x39mm conversion and you have yourself an extremely accurate and high RoF AK-47. Agree with Den on the no grenade launcher.
Engineer: Knight's Armament KAC. 6x35mm. Accurate at long range with decent firepower and RoF.
Medic: Ultimax 2000. High RoF with low damage. Good accuracy at long range and a quick reload time.
Recon: Denel NTW-20. EXTREMELY long reload and low maneuverability. Cannot be shot unless scoped in because you cant have the weapon shouldered while moving. OHK at any range to the body or head.
All Kit Weapons: Silenced Micro TAVOR or Silenced Kriss Super V. That way every class can have a silent weapon if they choose. High RoF quick damage drop off. Inaccurate at far range but high TtK at close. Allow the addition of Extended Magazine or sights to other AKW.
Pistol: Add silencer to M9 and boost damage of M9SF so they are useful.
Equipment: Flashbangs for Assault and Engineer. Larger radius then frag. 2 to 3 second blind time depending on distance and where it flashed to your POV. Recon and Medic get smoke grenades so they can escape or cover themselves when healing friendlies.

Barret REC7 (Formerly known as HK M468, for Assault) nitpicking: the REC7/M468 never had anything to do with HK. sorry, sorry, allright, enough smartassing, carry on^^

Good idea Den. A silenced m9 would be legit.

If Assaults got silencers... That could be a little overpowered I think...

well they could make things realistic and let them have subsonic ammo, hence insano-bulletdrop and decreased damage...that would balance it out.

(Laughs as my sub-sonic 9x39 bullet punches a hole through your body armor.)
