How does the number of flags held during a Conquest match affect the "bleeding" of respawn tickets? In specific, how fast does a team lose tickets when it holds fewer flags than the enemy? Is there any benefit to holding all the flags on the map?
I have seen a lot of conflict information about this on other forums, and was hoping I could get a straight answer.

When a team owns 3/4 flags, the other team's tickets decrease at a rate of one every fifteen seconds.
When a team owns 2/3 flags, the other team's tickets decrease at a rate of one every fifteen seconds.
When a team owns all flags, the other team's tickets decrease at a rate of one every ten seconds.
When a team takes the majority of the flags, the other team loses a ticket immediately (as in the ticket bleed countdown starts).

Can we just reaname conquest "fragfest".
Now it's all about kills, which is stupid.

Conquest has always been about kills. If one team is bad/unlucky enough, it's about spawn kills.
