If you've played borderlands you've probably noticed all of the stat mods in weapon descriptions such as "1.0x weapon zoom" if the gun has a scope, or "+2 projectiles fired" on some shotguns. WHat my question is, is whether these stat changes are already accounted for in the guns listed stats (damage, accuracy, firerate). For example if i have a sniper rifle that does 500 damage and has no other modifiers, but i also have a a sniper that does 450 damage but in the description it also says "+120% damage" which one does more damage?(is the 120% already added into the damage or do you have calculate that afterwards?)

Yes, the modifiers shown in the Flavor Text are already applied to the attributes up top. Like this. That 1036 damage has already had that +147% applied to it.

Thank you so much, it's really been bugging me for a while and whenever I try to test it my results end up fairly inconclusive.
