I tried to figure out an how we can calculate damage by an given distance, lets take the M95 as an exsample:
The M95 does 100 damage up to 18m, drops to 55 from 36m
How can we calculate where the M95 does lets say 85 damage ?

Find the equation of the line. Plug 85 in for Y, calculate for X.

Find the equation of the line. Plug 85 in for Y, calculate for X. idk how i calculate that "Function" but i think i know the answer, the damage drops by 2.5 each meter mean, at 24 meter the damage should be 85 correct ?

*Does maths.*
That is correct.
I could show you how to get the equation, but I'm not going to type it up unless you're interested.

Im interested ! the way i found it out is: The damage difference is 45 and the range between maximum and minimum is 18m, i just divided 45/18 and i got 2.5 Pliz show me !

you really only need to calculate the slope of the drop off range since the rest is flat, like greatday2die said, rise over run.

(0<x<18), y=100 (18<x<36) y=100-2.5x (36<x) y=55

Lets try the PKM & low damage weapons Damage is 16.7 - 14.3 Does max damage up to 18 meters drops to 64 meters How can we find out how mutch the damage drops by each meter in the between range now ?

Get the difference in damage. 100 - 55 = 45 Get the difference in range. 36 - 18 = 18 Divide the difference of damage by the difference of range. 45 / 18 = 2.5 damage lost with every meter.
Starting at 19m, the M95 has lost 2.5 damage. To find out where it hits 85 damage, subtract 85 by the maximum damage. 100 - 85 = 15 Then divide that by the damage lost per meter. 15 / 2.5 = 6 So then after six meters (plus 18m), the damage will be 85.

Nice whit an official response !
whit my last post i was wondering about low damage weapons
the pkm
1. like how mutch do the damage drops by 1 meter 2. what is the range where the pkm is suposed to do 15 damage !
aha
16.7 - 14.3 = 2.4
64 - 18 = 46
2.4/46 ~ 0.052174 damage lost each meter
Find the range where the pkm does 15 damage:
16.7 - 15 = 1.7
1.7/0.052174 ~ 32.58m
Summary:
At 32.5m the pkm should do 15 damage per shot, whitout using magnum ammo.
