Sup bros, something that's been bugging me for a long time is the specifics of the scoring system in conquest in BF3.
I know that tickets go down based on kills, but flags also play a huge factor... Basically, how do tickets decrease based on flags captured?

When a team has captured more than half of the flags, the opposing team starts slowly bleeding tickets. Teams also lose tickets when team members are killed.

I believe that the more flags you have over the enemy, the faster their tickets drop.

Does anybody know the actual rate though? I've never quite been able to figure it out.

I tested it alone in a server once. Your team has to control at least 3 flags for opposing team to bleed tickets. 3 flags = bleed 1 ticket every 5 seconds; 4 flags = 1 every 3s; 5 flags = 1 every 2s
There might be other factors like # of players in the server or # of flags in the map. I tested on a 5 flag map obviously.

I'd be willing to bet that it's 1 ticket/5 secs for holding 1 more than half of the flags, 1 ticket/3 secs for 2 more than half, and so on

On Conquest 32 maps, I was recording 1 ticket/3s for holding 2 of the 3 flags.

Tickets come off when you respawn, so if you get revived you get that keep that ticket.
