I am just curious if there is a modifier, that lower the rate of fire by some few % - it dosnt seems like it fires 33 bullet each second from clear eye vision.
2000/60 = 33 bullet/s

It does indeed read having a 2000 RPM. But to reduce the particle effects and limit strain on the system, you will only see about 30% of the tracers, impacts and bullet decals, making it look like it is firing at only 600 RPM.
There is a possible point that could be made about this, though. Since the game is set to run at 30FPS on consoles, that's one frame every 0.0333 seconds. A 2000 RPM rate of fire is a round every 0.03 seconds.
Assuming the game plays the shot on the frame and doesn't take into account multiple shots being fired in the space between two frames, then the minigun may only be capable of firing at a maximum of 1800 RPM.

I'd be surprised if developers were that ignorant about their console ports. ...Though it is a possibility, because when there are too many cooks in the NOPE the something-something I forgot the saying If I had the means to test this I'd be interested in doing it; because I recall back in the day people calling out the console versions of CoD having weapons that shot too fast, and didn't register (despite being a 60fps game) - I forgot what the verdict was on that though

How high "RPM" number will make the Frostbite 1.5 engine to crash
For exsample if we did modify the current fire rate to for exsample 6000 rpm, then its an big chance that the game will collapse right Den?
Can the frostbite engine withstand an 100 bullets every second ?

Well it seemed to work correctly in singleplayer at least. imgur.com/1r7moTook about 10 seconds to empty the magazine (started with 1000) too. The recoil was a bit strong though.

Well, extract the appropriate files using the fbrb quickbms script, then convert the right dbx file to xml and modify it. Convert it back to dbx and then repack it. The tools for the last three steps can be found if you search the web for "repack fbrb". You need Python and Perl and gzip and some basic knowledge using the command line.

Hey can you try modify the rate of fire of the miniguns on the black hawks ?
If it dont work try change weapons RPM to 7500 or 10000 rpm
lets see if it can handle it.

How about you spend half an hour to fetch the necessary tools and then look at all files the game has to offer.

Very well. I assume you have downloaded quickbms and the fbrb.bms file necessary. Then you just run quickbms, select the fbrb.bms file, then select the file you want to extract, e.g. Battlefield Bad Company 2\Dist\win32\levels\mp_common/level-00.fbrb, and finally you can press "Save" when asked for the output folder without specifying anything.
Once that is done you can run the Python script you should have found and let it convert the dbx files to xml. You can either drag and drop a certain dbx file onto the .py file in the Windows Explorer or double click the file and let it work on entire folders.
If the script doesn't run that's most likely because you need to install Python first. Make sure to install Python 2.7 or 2.6 though because Python 3.x is not supported. I recommend Notepad++ for reading the xml files you get, but that's just personal preference and any text editor will do. Note that the files in the folder Battlefield Bad Company 2\Dist\win32\levels\mp_common do not contain the final values because some were changed with patches. These patched files can be found in the "Package" folder.
