^this kind of MAV usage I can get on board with. Generally any ballsy behaviour I approve of.
also, "dat hipfire".
at 1:59 do you miss a guy spawning on a guy you're killing? No negative consequence anyway.

No negative consequence anyway. I am pretty sure it was a weird graphical glitch involving the vaulting and dieing at the same time. The quality came out pretty bad. I am trying a few things to get 1080P footage so you can actually see my crosshairs when I am killing people. The MP7 spoiled me.

It was disturbing how far that hipfire went accurately. I mean, I'd never, ever hipfire at those ranges even if it was reliable, but it's still something to marvel at.

I would never ADS at a range where hipfire was reliable

Well the thing you can do is start hipfiring as soon as you get in range then ADS in while maintaining your aim.

Well the thing you can do is start hipfiring as soon as you get in range then ADS in while maintaining your aim. The MP7 facilitates this playstyle for sure. However, you get no extra spread accuracy when you spray then ADS without letting up on the trigger - instead, your view becomes obscured and more zoomed in, hardly a good thing. The most viable thing to do is if you realize you can't pick em off, calmly take cover, reload, and spray again, or ADS and burst. I remember a lot of people on Battlelog/Reddit/Twitter bitching that the run and gun playstyle is broken because they can't run and jump around and still have laser accuracy right when you ADS while you have been spraying. I say that this is the counterpoint to that - good hipfire is run gun fun.

I play v run and gun, hipfire endlessly, does definitely not seem 'broken' to me. If I'm missing I do more run before I gun

Better quality, but shorter (including tank dodging!)

Dare I ask why you even put a sight on the gun? You could have a whole inch or so of extra vision without it!

Dare I ask why you even put a sight on the gun? You could have a whole inch or so of extra vision without it! You know those people that like to stand behind chest-high walls? Sights work wonders on them. Just have to single fire. Also, I use the sights as a viewfinder when things aren't clear when not ADS. (everyone knows that the sun really sucks, but usually, when you ADS, the sun isn't as blinding - unless you are looking right at it) The 1.5x is a good compromise between obscuring vision and giving some extra use.

I don't like chest high walls. It just makes your head more of a target, just like those people who prone when you shoot at them. Although I do like to prone behind chest high walls!
Oh, and for the last 40 kills I needed for my MP7 star, I hipfired the whole time. It was pretty hilarious. However, I think I'll stick to the P90. I'll take 10 extra bullets and a silencer over the slight RoF advantage.

I just like the MP7 a lot... I think it's completely irrational.
