A balanced, post-release supported (with devs that actually listen) Call of Dootie. A Street Fighter, MvC3, etc. game in Super Smash Bros style. A Wii/WiiU game that is good, innovative and not made by Nintendo. Spelunky on consoles with multiplayer. (oh, guess that's actually happening) The return of BOTS from Acclaim (if only for a bit of nostalgia) Glover 2 Metal Wolf Chaos, American release Assassin's Creed 4: Modern Warfare I mean what

I'd die a happy man if I could live to see NeoQuest III, but I guess I'll just have to settle w/ it's clone Diablo III for this decade D:

Cannon Fodder 3 (the best facsimile today would probably be Batallion Wars).
BRINK mod tools so I can FIX IT.
Another Dungeon Siege more like the first one with eight party members and huge battles against dozens of monsters at once.
Another Ground Control more like the first one with a small but specialized unit count. (Kind of like World in Conflict)
BattleZone III.
Star Wars Battlefront III.
Asheron's Call to go free to play.
A genuine Lightgun that captures the screen so I can shoot what I'm pointing at immediately and not wait for a crap inaccurate abstract ratio of space IR wireless controller to take 200ms to catch up to my actions even though I'm pointing half a foot to the right of what I want to hit.
Grandia 4
Suikoden VI

BRINK 2 (mod tools won't save that game from the grave anymore, so I want a new one. The game's premise and art was awesome ) Tools for Tribes Ascend so that's fixable too A true sequel for Hitman: Blood Money (still have a bit of hope for Absolution, though) A good old Rare collectathon like Banjo & Kazooie or DK64 (though DK64 was a bit over the top) Rollercoaster Tycoon 4, along with mod support for it

A film-to-game conversion with the same impact of Goldeneye N64.
A modern Duke Nukem that actually lives up to a decades' worth of hype.
Sequels to the long-neglected Godhand, Legend of Dragoon and Future Cop: LAPD.
Another Turok and Vandal Hearts sequel that's more faithful to their first games.
The proper follow-up to DMC4 (DmC with emo drug-addict Dante Cullen? NO.)
The entirety of Serious Sam HD becoming Free to Play -- deathmatch just doesn't cut it. :C
Half Life 2 Episode 3. ._.
Another Dungeon Siege more like the first one with eight party members and huge battles against dozens of monsters at once. Star Wars Battlefront III.
This.
A true sequel for Hitman: Blood Money (still have a bit of hope for Absolution, though)
The nun trailer mocks beyond belief. ._.

this probably isn't exactly what you were asking for, but here it is.
i look forward to games that follow real events, and dont completely doo-doo on history. the assassins creed franchise is a perfect example. its a great game thats super fun and the story is engaging and interesting, but the real story is far more interesting and continues to have a huge impact on the lives of nearly everyone on the planet. look no further than wall street for evidence of that. same thing with black ops.

Yeah it was awful, and the trailer doesn't even deserve to excist. It's not explained how it ties in with the game or story, why, how it's just: hey dudebros, here's latex nuns and ACTION then again, hitman always had kind of goofy stuff (not like this, I know, but still) and it had a bit of a Tarantino vibe this probably isn't exactly what you were asking for, but here it is. i look forward to games that follow real events, and dont completely doo-doo on history. the assassins creed franchise is a perfect example. its a great game thats super fun and the story is engaging and interesting, but the real story is far more interesting and continues to have a huge impact on the lives of nearly everyone on the planet. look no further than wall street for evidence of that. same thing with black ops. Assassin's Creed lost me with the ending of 2. It seemed like they just made up the story as it went.

BRINK mod tools so I can FIX IT. i would pay money to play that. i loved the artwork and atmosphere of brink, and the game did so much right..rewarding teamplay and PTFO instead of farming kills and whoring ones own stats. but i can't help but think sometimes that this is partially the reason (just partially) why it failed. *sigh*

Nah, it was ugly (on consoles), clumsy, buggy and laggy as hell. It shipped (or even sold, I think) 3 million units so there was definitely interest in that game
They just blew the execution sooo hard. I don't think I've played with more than 3 humans on my own team, and that was at release.

yeah, that's why i said partially. it was a mess though the clumsy and ugly are kind of inbuilt problems of consoles, one can't completely blame developers for that. on pc it looked fine and controlled pretty sweet. running allong walls, jumping across into openings and then knocking motherfuckers over in one swift motion x)

Well, I remember every enemy turning into a floaty red aura at the shortest of distances (I can understand why, since you could colour your character in customization; but it was overdone) and it did really control crappy for me. I don't know if PC had texture loading problems, but consoles most certainly had. Dayum.
The cool vaulting system was hit or miss for me; sometimes it'd execute in a completely different way than I wanted to, sometimes I couldn't step over the smallest legde etc Not too mention the horrible buffing of other teammates.. That autolock of your aim felt so unnatural
No weapon had any feel of power too it. The best example of that was that heavy grenade launcher; that has to be the most underwhelming grenade launcher of all in gaming. Recoil was completely random on top of pretty big spread build-up. 2-3 shot bursts only were effective, which isn't a big problem in itself but is when you count in that people had quite some health.

there WAS this one game ages ago, must be ten years now or more...can't remember the title. The protagonist was a woman, it had a physics engine and view distances and level sizes that were mindboggeling for the time.. gameplaywise it was ok, but nothing breathtaking. had a strong survival aspect to it, ammo and supplies were very limited and many enemies too strong to straightup confront. if only i could remember it's name...
trespasser! that's what it's called! remember playing that way back in 5th grade xD

I wouldn't mind an FPS that uses Minecraft's random terrain generator to make its multi-player maps. Who needs DLC when EVERY map you play is a new one? Of course, it's going to need a lot of tweaking for it to work. Fewer mountains, fewer wide-open deserts, and more buildings of varying size and shape is a good start. Underground caverns (if they should be placed in the game at all) should be no deeper than 8 squares below sea level. Players can use explosives to destroy blocks like a creeper/TNT block would. Players can also shoot blocks to destroy them in, but each block will have twice as many hitpoints as an average player to make tunnelling across the map unviable. This way they can get out if they fall into a hole or something. There will have to be a limit on the size of these maps; like on a creative mode Minecraft server (128x128 units). Assuming 1 unit = 1 yard, I think that's roughly the size of an average CoD map. I don't know, I haven't really thought this idea through.

Prequel and/or Sequel to Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions (Final Fantasy Tactics Advance absolutely does not count)
Another Ogre Battle game.
DDO2 (AKA an MMO that rewards character skill, has the ability for massive character build customization, and actually has you do real quests instead of A) stand at this spot and kill respawns over and over or B) Go into this field and kill 8 Boars)
Most of all, a FFVII remake with this generation's graphics and voice acting done by all the actors from Advent Children. I would commit atrocities for this to happen.

A game where the Devs actually listen to us, because they made the game for US, not for themselves, and we know better what we need to do balance it.
