No thank you. I see vr the same way I see motion controls. Kind of gimmicky and not very functional in terms of high level play(not pro level just not casual) this might change in the future with better technology but we aren't there yet. Not to mention tf2 is an awful vr game. fast moving scouts, rocket jumping, and a few other things that don't work well with vr.

I'd say competitive tf2 is larger than you give it credit for though you are right pubs are typically pretty derpy.
it's recognizable and is used as a testing ground for other valve games.
I hadn't thought about but you're right, single player games are where vr will shine.

Lol "Hey guys, let's talk about a potential revolution in video gaming technology by writing about it in Courier."

IMO Courier's a relatively old-fashioned font that's reminiscent of document writing pre-Win98. It's still more than acceptable when writing professional documents of any sort, but it looks really outdated when writing anything that's not formal. Calibri, Franklin Gothic Medium, Arial; heck I would have taken Eurostile instead.

I'd say that font asserts a bit more authority than the other 4 fonts that you listed. I can see its use actually being good in this situation. It is more assertive and less gentle in its old fashioned style than a newer font would be. As the person is trying to make a point while being an authority on the subject it's not a bad move. But I guess style is important too when attempting to command authority and make a position. See how I used "it is" earlier in my post and "it's" later? The different uses certainly create two different feelings, one of which could be interpreted as stronger and more demanding while the other more casual. Also see my useage of "4" and "two" and how one might enact a more technical position, while the other creates a stronger persuasive influence. Style is important too, as one could even note the feelings that the repetition of the word "authority" elicits in my style.
