I wrote that on your Youtube page. I think it also happens with the M240 or one of the LMGs. Oh, and I recommend you try the UMP with rapid fire or with bling/rapid fire+silencer if you're an SMG fan like me. This game is so unpolished it's retarded.

I have been manually measuring ROF on my PS3 console. Long story short these measurements are showing that the Rapid Fire attachment is not necessarily delivering the promised 33% increase in ROF expected: MP5k: 7-8% increase UMP45: 16-21% increase VECTOR: 27-30% increase P90: no significant increase at all. Consoles are maxed at 60 FPS. (well they at least were on CoD4) |

Yeah, but you probably don't have a 60 FPS capture card. And if you're trying to time it with a stopwatch, your measurements are going to be drastically off.
