Yeah, D3 is OP. The number of bonuses the set offers is ridiculous, as well. linkAs constructed, the shield is pretty much indestructible on my build. I'm running the House w/ Deadly and Predatory, and a PP-19 with the same, plus Responsive in the free slot. 3 shield damage resilience mods. Kinetic Shield means damage taken actually heals the shield. I can face tank anything and everything. |

I need a FC holster, a Predator chest, and a something something... Given my luck this time around, to get the each piece... it will take me 15 to 20 caches to open.... That's 45000 to 60000 GE each piece.... 135 to 180k for the whole thing.... Assuming Lexington isn't apart of the GE modifyer for the extra GE's, I'm looking at 750 per lexington run... That's 180 to 240 Lexington runs... Depending on the PUG and breaks and stuff like that, it'll be 10 minutes per run, 1800 to 2400 minutes.... 30 to 40 hours... All in June, when it is my busiest month getting kids ready for high school graduation and all that Well, let's hope for some RNG luck and Delta errors extending the event by another 11 days |

Ran my d3 build, sucked, couldn't figure out why, forgot that I rerolled the stats but not the skills and had almost 80+% xp for kills. Got a lot of DtE and CritC% rolls
Ran the subway morgue daily on hard, still had a hard time. Really annoyed that I had a hard time putting down purple enemies. Almost gave up until the group leader started a new mission.
Whatever... didn't drop group...
Ran the mission with them where you have to get the LMB weapons cache (forget what it was called) where there were yellows nothing but yellows...
Slaughtered them.... Ab.So.Lutely. slaughtered them. Wasn't even fair. Even with my $hitty rolled house, I absolutely wrecked everything. I almost felt bad for the LMB.
Just need to get another 40k skillpower to get that up to the make 120k and then I should be set

SP on backpack for 13,339 and mask for 10 thousand-some, then the rest from mods. Every build you have should have the 12% DtE on mask and 16% on knees, without exception.
Any well-specced classified build makes challenging/hard content ridiculously easy, now. Semi-competent or coordinated groups can breeze through legendary/heroic stuff, too.
D3 wrecks in PvE, not so much in PvP, your shield gets shredded quick there. I'm keeping Striker and Nomad for that, maybe Pred if I build that out.

I pugged Amherst with 3 others who were super happy to kill kill kill while I kept them alive and raised them up... got a couple of nice hail mary res's too.
The hunter dropped me a better Big Aljie than I have which was nice... tbh, I didn't even know the Hunter was there until I saw the red pillar of light because the 3 puggers absolutely wrecked him so quick. Dunno how they did it but I threw them a box, fell down, moved forward, climbed up and the hunter was almost gone... then bing! red pillar.
Is that mission farmable? Ie: can you just run it over and over and over again to get the hunter and the exotic drop?

Yes, and once a week you get an exotic cache, as well. Ive only run it once when the hunter did not show up.

PUGged another Amherst last night... play absolutely stupidly. Sheer moronic numbnutzism. Pants on my head stupidity. So f$$king embarrassing. Incompetence to the next level.
I did it all:
1) stupid STUUUUUUUPID lunch box placement
2) Repeated controler drops into my lap activating my lunch box with no enemies seconds before the fight
3) Erratic aim where I couldn't hit the sky if I aimed directly up outdoors
But le piece d' resistance:
4) Multiple occasions where I went to hide behind cover, press the wrong button, jump over the cover... die in no man's land.
They dedicated a guy to stick with me and bail me out. Too embarrassed to even go on voice and apologize for my stupidity.
Still sorta shocked they didn't kick me.
Hunter fight time: I stay back and actually do a good lunchbox placement... but the 3 of them get too cocky, leave the aura and the Hunter, with a sliver of health, goes Olympic sprinter/gymnast and 3 of them go down all super quick all close by one another....
One of them says "well, that's a wipe! F$$K!!!" (must be a Destiny player, lol)
I skulk out of cover, BANG: I hit a beautiful, arching, half way across the map Triple res shot with my res gun, whip out my LWM4 and put 54 out of 55shots into the hunter's face for the final kill on the hunter
After trashing me for most of the mission (deservedly so) I finally got a "woah... nice res man, you hit that from way back there? wow" from them
Mission finishes, my dedicated bailer complained he's never seen a House drop and probably never will....
What does the Hunter drop for me? A House. Piss poor roll, but a House nevertheless.
I do the right thing: go on voice, thank them for not booting me, apologize for my actions, and tell Bailer to come over here... and give him the House. Fucker squealed like a pig being buggered he was so happy.
Thought about booting up the new D2 DLC.... after this, I don't think I'll be going back to D2 anytime soon. Haven't had those video game warm fuzzies since... KF HM CM first week.

The warlord is supposedly nice with a Nomad build; just happy I got one. I tried GCS legendary, but it's not nearly as popular as Amherst... I never wait for a PUG for that one and the players are usually good. Plus, I pretty much got it down pat now, running it at least once a day. |

Especially not when compared to my full opimized god-ish rolled LWM4's that I use with my Nomad. Oh, and I'm 50 to 100ish div tech from completely optimizing my reclaimer setup to 291/2 which is fun |

All I do is clear landmarks and the daily assignment, with occasional last stand.
