I thought that these are the new ones from the recent gamescom, tried a few of them and looks like I already have them redeemed. I assume that they are from last year's gamescom?
Bros who have not redeemed them should do so at your earliest convenience. No idea on what they unlock yet.

EDIT: Actually, you may want to hold off doing this until the game is released. I redeemed 2 codes and went to the Grimoire Card section, and it is still showing me "Destiny Beta: mission complete" page. As a result, I have no way to know whether I effectively applied them or not.

I went ahead and redeemed mine. It said that the stuff would link to all characters tied to the profile that redeemed them, so I'm assuming everything will sync up on 9/9. Hope so, anyway!

I got all mine - picked them up from the post mistress. I got a legendary one too but not sure why? I didn't get the bungie ones though - apparently there are some rewards for being a bungie player, playing previous Bungie games? I don't think I got those. (Unless that was the legendary one maybe?)
