However is does have a major plot hole. Why didn't Eddie just vow not to have kids?

Plus there's so many other comic book type shit they could pull out. Including cloning so, one way or another he's having his DNA make the Thawne legacy at some point.

I didn't know that, that's cool. Besides, professional wrestling is like 60% performance, 40% physical. A fit actor could definitely do it well, and I doubt they'd have him lose

DC animated straight to DVD movies range from bad to meh though. The BvS panel is nigh however, the hype is real.

I have a feeling that that trailer already spoiled half the movie. It probably would've made sense if Wonder Woman was the final scene. The last thing anyone would expect is her of all characters.
It took me a while to figure out that that was Lex Luthor was the kid with the long hair. He didn't do anything... Lex Luthorish. All he did was flash the green crystal and... said stuff even young Lex Luthor probably wouldn't say. Yech. I don't know.
"Directed by Zack Snyder". Aw hell naw. If it's his own script this movie's going straight to the can. Otherwise I'd still be very skeptical.

The trailer was just so disjointed and I feel the movie will be too.
I think I get the general gist of it though. Joker kills Robin putting Batman into retirement, years later after starting a family Superman's fight with Zod ends up killing his family who is still in the tower he just left from. Sometime later Superman is being held on trial for all the shit he did, Lex, seeing this starts being Lex. All while Batman comes out of retirement to try and find a way to bring down Superman.
Then some things happen, Wonder Woman is there, fighting. I'm apprehensive, to say the least.

I think you took it too literal. Bootman didn't actually start a new family. The letter is goading him that he couldn't save the Wayne Tech employees just like he couldn't save the Goyim Wonder. He probably just left his cakes in the building.

Think I'm going to give Antman a pass, however I'm definitely going to go see Fantastic Floor. Fox is doing good right now with their stuff.

I think that's the problem every F4 movie, they try to act like a family unit, but it never comes off that way. They all act like 4 strangers who are forced together. I don't think it helped they made F4 a bunch of college kids or whatever.
You're absolutely right The Incredibles did it better. The dynamics was more believable, the setting, a world where superheroes are shunned and living incognito, is great, the villain was charismatic, his motivation was cliche as fuck, but the way they animated him, and how the VA emotes him, it was believable.

If you ever checked out the Nostalgia Critic's Fantastic 4 (2005 F4) review, he made a show out of ripping that movie apart. The Fantastic Four don't actually do anything heroic throughout the entire movie. Literally nothing. There was no attempt to make an overarching plot that worked or made sense, the invisible girl kept getting nude for no reason, and in the end Dr. Doom just comes out and fights the F4. It was dreck. All the F4 did was screw around in their lab most of the time.
Honestly I thought Syndrome was a great character, but I'd also say his motivations weren't completely outrageous. I mean he was coldly rejected by his idol; that's going to leave a mark. Most people would let go at that point because they can't do anything about it; Syndrome could do something. Going as far as taking over the world to pretend to be a hero while picking off dozens on dozens of superheroes? Why not? It's not like he's short on money or time.

I didn't say it was outrageous, just cliche. That's probably around half of all villains,if not more, that fall under the trope of "something bad happened in my past that left me cold and bitter so I vowed to take revenge". But like I said, they made it more believable, they made a character, not a caricature.

One of Stan Lee's lesser known cameos in The Princess Diaries 2. It's pretty much the only good thing about the movie.
