JLDark commits the cardinal sin of not being incredibly popular while also needing a decent budget for special effects. You could say the same thing about Gayuardians of the Gaylaxy before the movie tbh.

I'm not gonna lie, I though Harley Quinn was Miley Cyrus when I first saw that picture.
I'm not gonna pass any real judgement on the casting really since you can never really tell how well they'll do. However I am worried about David Ayer as director. I really hope DC isn't just doing this to appeal to a Transformers type audience.

The Fast and The Furious is a masterpiece. Naw, but he has done some good work, End of Watch and Fury weren't bad. Let's just hope the script is decent

The big wigs at DC must really like the Fast and Furryous as they keep getting talent from those who have worked on the franchise.

We don't know the origin story of Doomsday in the DC movieverse. He could be a Lex Luthor henchman for all we know like Bizzaro in the new 69.

The first time I heard the Doomsday rumor months ago I figured he would be used by Lex to cause mayhem, Supes would come in, they'd both smash shit up, then Lex would team up with Bruce Wayne to rebuild the city while Batman investigates Supes...still dunno how WW fits in there.

Warner is pulling a Sony. Dear glob.. I couldn't even sit through the Amazing Spooderman II. Just one of the worst movies ever. DC might be trying a bit too hard with this, as long as Batsoup the Movie is like MoS I'll be okay with it but they're getting so many new people and new writers it'll most likely be different. Moo-c is right. Doomsday is obviously just there to have the mandatory superhero fight that blows up the city at the end of every superhero movie nowadays.

I mean of course he's plot armor, because it's either A) A character can't die because they're superpowered B) A character can't die because...fuck you that's why C) A Character can die and that's that or D) Death? What's that? And we all know how DC feels about the D.
But yeah, comics are always better at giving more to a character than other forms, it's just heavily dependent on the writers.

I think it's hilarious that Batman is so buff he can knock people out cold just by goomba stomping them.

The thing that I will never understand about comic related things, why would you ever be a goon? Supervillains, they're insane or have powers or tech, that's more understandable. But a normal criminal? I mean Batman alone is basically a suped up Heavyweight champ. If I lived in Gotham I wouldn't challenge Mike Tyson to a fight.
EDIT: Also Bats vs Supes is done filming apparently

Batsoup is in post production but that takes like a year to do too.

Arkham City was semi-legit as it was an extreme situation with gang wars, but normally why would you join a villain who's know for murdering his employees on the regular in the first place?

Finally read Teen Titans: Earth One. Not a big fan of the art style, but the story is interesting. Definitely a different take on the TT

I read it too. It was like reading a Linkin' Park song with all those "angsty" teens crawling in their skin.
It did feel real enough to belong in the Earth 1 series however there was one key element that felt off. None of them are heroes or superheros and it doesn't feel like they'll be heroes in volume II either.
Grant Morrison needs to finish Wunder Girl Earth 1 unless that's been canceled.

Well there are no superheros in TT:EO. At all so it's not there's inspiration for them to draw from.

Superman should be known about by all E1 characters as he saved the world from an alien invasions in Superman E1V1. It would have to take place before Superman Earth One for them to not know about superheroes(which it might).

So it does take place before Batsoup Earth One as they are both adult superheroes.
