Never said they weren't, I was referring specifically to Hank Hall being Hawk and Dawn Granger being Dove, and the two of them being in the Teen Titans. Also it's interesting they chose Hawk and Dove considering Hank only appeared in 11 issues of the Teen Titans and Dawn only appeared in 11 issues of the Teen Titans.
