Stat roll on the Armamentarium this week is the best yet -- 138 out of a max possible 140. If you haven't bought one yet, or have bought one but have coins to spare, make sure you pick it up! Alpha Lupi has a good roll too, but unfortunately isn't that useful outside of PvP modes that allow revives. Voidfang stat roll is teh suck and Sunsinger > Voidwalker all day, errday -- avoid unless you really really need a Warlock exotic and can't wait any longer.
I'll be buying The Last Word for sure. Planet Destiny rated it as one of the top 5 exotics, though it's probably more suited to PvP than PvE. It gets some fun unique animations so even if it's not that great I'm sure I'll be running around double-tapping Y just to see the cool weapon draw twirling animation.

I'll try to be on tonight, but might be late.
Really behind on all my Destiny stuffs, but what can you do. Been busy and as far as Destiny goes in kind of a rut as well. I'm nowhere near enough coins, motes, or marks to do anything with and I don't think I can do this fecking exotic bounty because I can't seem to play until late and by then there are way too many tryhards in the Crucible and too few bros, so I have no hope of getting anywhere near even a 1.0 KDR so no progress can be made... Thinking about ditching it... Maybe I'll get lucky and get another chance at an exotic bounty if I do.
Sadly I actually like Crucible, but only if I can play without being completely pwned, and right now I haven't played enough to hang with the big boys. I really wish there was skill matching of some sort. I miss that from Halo 2. I feel like I should play more Crucible, though so I'm ready when Iron Banner comes back. I might be more competative in Iron Banner than I thought I would be. Then again I still have no exotic weapons and no raid gear so not sure I have time to get ready for it.

This week, I got showered on coins. Monday coin balance: 20 Thursday coin balance: 76! You might wonder how I can possibly get 56 coins in one week. It is because my worship of coin god has paid off  . All 3 of my Nightfalls gave me coins, 8 each (I was wishing for Gjallarhorn, but that one continues to elude me). 3 Weekly = 3 * 9 = 27 3 Nightfall = 3 * 8 = 24 The other 5 came from loot and ranking up rewards. Xur is also "nice" in offering all the chest armors that I already own. So I bought "The Last Word", 2 telemetries, 1 pack of heavy, and exotic helmet engram which turned into "Light Beyond Nemesis" for Warlock. Not a great helm, but at least one I don't already have. The engram also triggered cryptarch ranking up, which rewarded me, you guessed it, another coin . So another pack of 5 heavy synthesis. Ending coin balance: 50. Hundredaire is still ways to go, but no longer just a dream |

The Last Word is a Hand Cannon. Based on twitter/reddit chatter: Xur has made this weekend's PvP "wild wild west", that's how good this Hand Cannon is viewed for PvP. |

Due to its rarity in loot drops (people who played the game in all waking hours since the release like Datto and Dumien did not even have it until today, that's how rare the drop is), I recommend buying it unless you are in anti-hand-cannon camp... |

I ended up buying it, just a pity it is not a special weapon rather than a primary. Been getting into the Crucible and I quite like Rumble and Clash anyway. Never liked FFA in COD so liking Rumble surpised me a little but then they make maps game mode specific so that is a very good reason why.

The last word is trash for PvE. With its bonuses its a monster for close range PvP levels. I've had it before this weekend. Shoots fast (also has auto fire) and has real tight shot grouping with the hipfire bonuses. So when your relatively easy hipfire headshots give you extra crit I'm pretty sure I've killed with two bullets before. Perfect balance bonus makes you not have to even pop shot when you need to ADS. The thing is dreadfully awful at any sorts of range though. Damage dropoff is appalling. But its plenty good and hell of a lot of fun to use.

I bought it. Just to have it. I also have to way many coins to spend, so why not use them.
Other than the fun of killing with it, and it's cool animations ....not really sure it has any point. Is this sort of a shotgun equivalent, but you get to keep it in the primary slot, where ammo is always more readily available?
