No Backup Plans (Titan) Young Ahamkara's Spine (Hunter) Voidfang Vestments (Warlock) Mida Multi-tool (scout rifle) Engram - helmet
Telemetries: auto and fusion rifle, machine gun. Void and stealth drive.
Thoughts? Anything decent?
Edit: location is in the bar beyond Dead Orbit.

People have been saying that Mida Multi-tool is a fantastic weapon. Essentially it gives you extra agility. "No Backup Plans" looks like a great armor piece (and most importantly, one I don't have ), boost abilities, special reload speed, and the duration of force barrier, makes it a great competition vs. Armamentarium. I am buying these two. I already have Young Ahamkara's Spine (below average) and Voidfang Vestments (great for PvP, so so for PvE). Man, Xur's discrimination against Warlocks continues... Telemetry wise I am buying the MG ones to Speed up my Super Good Advice and Thunderlord upgrades. Will save my MoL for Iron Banner buffs, don't have enough to gamble anyway. Picture of where Xur is located:

Bleh all the way around. Not much reason to buy the armors unless you're a collector or desperately need an exotic in order to hit a higher level. Stat rolls suck on everything except the Hunter gauntlets, and those aren't very useful anyway. Even the telemetries aren't helpful for me this week! I'll probably buy MIDA and call it a day.

Is the mida full auto or just a normal semi auto for a scout rifle?

Is the mida full auto or just a normal semi auto for a scout rifle? I believe it is just normal semi auto. It is not great at damage side. What it excels is on handling: max reload speed, plus talents to give you "third eye" and make you very agile. Mag size is also big by ScoutR' standard (=21): db.destinytracker.com/inventory/item/3490486525

I have two MiDA's. It's ok. I haven't really used them much.

I have four A.1F19X-RYL scout rifles (none bought) and every time I go back to a full auto rifle.

These would be great for a strength focused Defender that relies heavily on melee and keeping a shield up at all times, but unfortunately that's not a useful build at all for any of the current high-level content, where melee range = death. Could be fun for patrols, story stuff, and hopefully the expansion content though.

Once again, the blatant discrimination and class warfare against the warlock continues by this "agent" of "the nine"

I think they should make this part of the story, why Xur has an issue with Warlocks.

I run the no-backup plans on my female titan (strength/Intelligence build). Exceptionally good for anything defense related on Hard Raid. I run an exotic primary (mida (momentarily prefered)/mytho (will use when buff hits)/suros with the Found Verdict and Unfriendly giant. I mainly made the set-up BECAUSE I wanted to make the lackluster No Backup Plans actually work. Now, I have a pretty high stat roll on my NBP compared to the one for sale. I would never say they are inferior to the other titan exotics...they just require a different playstyle.
Who doesn't like punching things into submission and chaining force barrier (take the force barrier increase perks). The Mida lets move fast to punch trash mobs and run away... you don't really need to use ammo on anything but minotaurs/praetorian/supplicants/the boss

While melee at high end encounters usually results in deaths (just ask Dumien about how his plan of dropping-the-bubble-then-punch-Templar-to-death went last night:) ), I noticed that at least from some enemies if you can do a swift backout motion right after punch you can dodge the counter punch. I would like to master that so I can use punch more effectively. Also keep in mind that with "The Dark Below" we may have swords . Given Bungie's history, I won't be surprised if more melee weapons become playable (hammer would be great!). So I maintain that the cost of NBP of 1 hour effort of doing 1.5 Weekly (13 coins) is well worth it. FYI, Datto's take on Xur's offerings (Yeah, what's up with the missing of heavy ammo synthesis?! I am short on glimmer and was planning to buy a bunch of packs using coins. Loos like nothing should be taken for granted when it comes to Xur):
