You pass fast hands for a tactical? That is one great perk, especially if you don't run a pistol
I haven't played with it enough to notice much of a benefit, perhaps. I use quickdraw pretty regularly so maybe that minimizes any additional delay to ADS'ing after sprint out to a point where I don't really notice a difference? Just guessing. Weapon swap time is nice, but I rarely find myself swapping weapons in a hurry.
Tacticals for me are those things you don't need, until you need them. Some classes I really need at least one, e.g. flag capping/bomb planting classes with smoke or trophy system.
I think Quickdraw and Fast Hands/sprint out reduction perk is one of the strongest syngeries in COD. If you take one but not the other you only get like half the benefit you could be getting. Taking QD without Fast Hands, your ADS time is always going to be quicker than your sprint out time, so while you will be fully ADS'd coming out of sprint, you won't be able to fire until that sprint delay is over (ex: if your sprint out time is .3sec but your ADS time is .2sec, you still can't fire until .3 sec passes). With Fast Hands but not QD, the sprint out time is lower so you can fire faster out of sprint but will have hip fire accuracy for longer.
I'd say it probably depends on your playstyle though. If you're really slow and deliberate or do a lot of strafe walking then Fast Hands might not give you much benefit (and in that case, QD might not either). I like to run around though so having the extra time + accuracy QD and Fast Hands give me is invaluable. They let you play a lot more aggressive than with the default sprint out time.
The Sheiva and KRM-262 are pretty awful from what I've used of them.
Sheiva is by far the WORST gun ever.
Trying to get the diamond for all for black matter and this crazy gun... I understand some people can be good with it very accurate fire but against anything you get destroyed. Also, it's not necessary a 2 shot kill...

Being honest finding it hard to think of worse AR compared to the man of war. Sheiva has less micro nerfs compared to the Man of war. As for SMGs Weevil Shotguns KRM LMGs Gorgon Snipers each own issues but the SVG takes the cake due to micro handling nerfs.
Like most of the guns in this game it serves no purpose. It's basically just a bad KN44. 100 less RPM, horrific recoil, bad irons, worse handling, slower reload. 800u of extra 3HK range is not worth that. If it had unlimited 3HK range like the BRM it might be alright.
I guess this list is kinda pointless, every gun is the worst gun when the best gun for any given situation is either the Drakon, the PO6, or the Vesper.
