Can't find info on how much this helps the time between shots.
Any help is appreciated.

Rounds Per Minute * 106.38%

Rounds Per Minute * 106.38% I thought that was only for automatic weapons. I thought maybe the Sheiva would be considered "Burst", thus affecting the burst delay to a greater degree than 6.8% possibly.

Does Rapid Fire affect burst delay? I thought RF only applied to bullets within a burst.
Shieva is a semi auto, which should not be considered to be in the burst category. RF should simply increase the fire cap as Will suggested.

Rapid Fire affects either fire time or burst delay, but the overall RPM is increased by pretty much the same amount on all weapons.

semi autos don't have burst delay Then why am I able to jam it? You can "jam" a fully automatic too, if you tap the fire button twice within one cycle of the fire time, it will only shoot the 1 shot. It's just more noticeable on the Sheiva because the firetime is so horrendously long, it's almost impossible to not over-sample your shots.
