Some interesting observations here, like how he tested and couldn't get aim assist through walls. I always hear pro players talk about getting aim assist through walls. Maybe it's just a placebo effect, or maybe it' unique to BO3.

The real problem is that Aim Assist exists on PC, and they refuse to acknowledge that it's a massive problem. It should never be preferred to use a controller over mouse+kb because aim assist makes aiming and recoil irrelevant.

Hmm, that makes me wonder if you get aim assist while sliding or jumping as well...
I was hoping he would have also verified if aim assist does reduce flinch and recoil, but that might be hard to test accurately.

In BO2 they thought lightweight made your hit detection worse because 1 guy didn't have it and he did really good in that tournament. With that being said I think I've felt target assist through walls before but maybe they fixed it

That looks like a rotational aim assist glitch against an enemy who Glitches from the center of your screen to a point not that far from the center of your screen.

Here if you need proof. Saw this on Reddit the other day. Holy cow, that is borked. Why is target assist so strong on pc? lol On console, it seems much more reasonable in regards to how strong it is, but I still have major headaches shooting people when there's a group of two or more, because the assist is tugging on both, which completely screws with the feel of the sensitivity. I also really dislike it when I'm attempting to aim at someone and they move and feel like I'm trying to track them at 1 sensitivity when I'm playing on 8.
