Hello I know I know its a total noob question..alittle about me longtime gamer still no good as my wife tells me,46, married ETC.. Have verizon fios, I CAN hear my buds, but they cant hear me..I chatted with mircosoft only to get no where,decided to go into microsoft store and they told me to change settings on router.. I tried changing,rebooted router and tried again , but to no avail..still can hear but no one can hear me
Can anyone help me get this working? tried 3 different mics, nothing
Would appreciate any and all help

I dont have chat muted as far as I can figure out..would appreciate any suggestions

Is it just your friends who can't hear you or everyone? Did you try both party chat and game chat?

I was just in game testing both party chat and game chat, nobody in room could hear me
Is it possible it might be the controller gone bad? I have the chat mic that comes with xbox..didnt work
I tried 2 turtle beach headsets..dss 7.1 model and xo one..they didnt work

Either you need a new account. Or you need a new controller.
I heard about specific accounts having chat issues.
