I'm all fanboy over Divinity Original Sin. I've not played the enhanced edition just yet, (which they gave me for free on Steam for owning the original) but I'm looking forward to it! My GF and I played about halfway through the unenhanced version and I adore this game so much. It's an old skool Bauldur's Gate style Western RPG and pretty much everything has been really improved and well done. On top of that the combat is way way more tactical than even the old RPG's were. Mixing and matching various effects and things you can interact with in the environment is soooo great. Something as simple as a barrel of water or a puddle can become a tactical advantage... or disadvantage. heh You gotta watch what you're doing and not screw yourself over too. Though the friendly fire is more forgiving than say Magicka. Then you pile on top of that all this great RPG stuff that isn't combat. Quests and puzzles, bartering, exploration and secrets, and so much crap to steal... I mean, for the greater good... of course!
My GF isn't as big a fan of the turn based combat, but she's impatient. The game just moves too slow for her. She's more of a Torchlight kinda person... except we quit playing that pretty early on in TL2 so... *shrug*
As for me I need to play more Divinity and I'm almost as eager for a sequel as I am for Titanfall 2, and probably the only reason I'm not is because I haven't finished the first one yet. (TF on the other hand I played pretty extensively and am fairly satisfied.)

The good games came out in 2014... Titanfall, Destiny, Elite Dangerous, Valiant Hearts, that flash game where you beat up Anita Sarkeesian...
Battlefield Hardline probably would have been best for 2015 if they didn't completely bungle the game post-release. Good news though, they think they finally found the game breaking bug that has made the game unplayable for a good chunk of the XBO playerbase FOR SEVEN FUCKING MONTHS
The Taken King was pretty cool, but a) it's a Foxtroting expansion pack, and b) DenBros kind of suck at raiding so that can't be GOTY.
Black Ops 3 isn't as good as Black Ops 2, so it can't be GOTY.
Rainbow Six: Siege is pretty good. But clunky matchmaking, control settings that act like they save but then don't function until you redo them, and input stuttering bugs that are wiggity-wiggity-wiggity-whack. I don't mind the largely shitty graphics, but get that shit locked down on consoles at 60fps for christ's sake.
So GOTY 2015 is The Witcher 3! Oh, also I haven't played it, but ya know, I got to vote for something cut me some slack.

Rocket League is good. But I stopped playing it so I can make X-bros play it when it comes out in a couple of weeks. I know what my real GOTY is, official release date for Kerbal Space Program was in 2015, and that shit is 10/10.
Congrats to Kerbal Space Program on winning The Only Award That Matters.
Hail to Kerbal. I put a stupid amount of hours into the alpha back when there was nothing but the main planet and the Mun. ;3 I haven't picked it up yet mainly because I don't have the free time I know it would absorb from my life so I'm just waiting, and while I wait it gets cheaper so it's a win/win. (At this point I rarely buy games anymore even when they are cheap just because I'm tired of buying so many I don't play.)
Having said that I did pickup a 4 pack of Revelations 2012 for less than $3. It's neither from 2015, nor a good game, but that was the point. It's such a terrible game I wish to witness it firsthand... and to share that experience with some friends. ;p
