Also make sure you hold the controller facing magnetic north and then turn is lengthwise when you initiate syncing.

Alternatively, insert controller in ass. Rotate.

This thread really is the gift that keeps on giving. Every day I get a couple more chuckles out of it. 10/10.

Were you sure to use only silicon-safe lubricants with the controller, and did you wash it after every use?

Alternatively, insert controller in ass. Rotate. Which direction? I remember one direction messes it up but I can't remember which.

Good catch, Hawk, the servo motors are quite sensitive to sphincter dilations. A gentle, circular motion is recommended.

I think I am going to just return it back to Best Buy. Just use my broken scuff controller.

I think I am going to just return it back to Best Buy. Just use my broken scuff controller. Why not have the Scuf fixed? Because he didn't use the recommended gentle circular motion, and broke it during a thrusting angry jerk?

Well, lucky you.... clearly the Pittsburgh (and surrounding) area has access to a volume of high quality proctologists that have to sell their services cheap because the market demands it. Or EyeDub has some sort of buttocial condition that necessitates a more expensive, more detailed need for higher quality specialized service? Maybe he was born with it? Maybe it was Maybelline?

It's not going to be covered (the Scuff is three plus years old) and the thought of dealing with online service reps, mailing packages, the back and forth emailing for weeks dealing over a few buttons just makes me ill. Seemed simpler to just spend $65 and get a new one. Which turned out to be not so easy either.

Make me so happy to be Canadian, that I can seek medical attention even if I had a 3 year old preexisting condition. No red tape or haggling with insurance reps. Just a simple "We'll make you feel better" and not having to lose my dogsled or igloo or stock of blubber

I've traveled extensively far and wide all over this great green and blue earth of ours. I have had many opportunities to leave and never come back. While there are negatives, the positives of being Canadian far outweigh the negatives. For example, I threw a PS3 controller while getting railgund in BO2, took it to Bestbuy, admitted what happened (instead of lying) and the manager returned it no questions asked, replying that he hates railgunners too. If you were here, you probably could have taken back your feces encrusted 3 year old scuff pad and they'd give you a new one. But you're not. So now you have to wonder why your Elite controller isn't connecting to your PS4 via your Facebook account on your iphone because Candy Crush isn't loading up the permissions Farmville needs to let you play Zelda on your PC. C'est la vie

I don't have access to the video sound, and the cc seems off, but from what I can gather, he's describing how he sync'd his elite controller to his ps4?

Mine was only $18, which is a hell of a lot cheaper than $125 for a new one. Shipping and whatnot was no big deal.
