Does anyone have any information on the actual values of the attachment buffs? Specifically:
-Range buff/nerf on Long Barrel and Silencer -Movement buff w/ the Adjustable Stock -ADS buff of the Quickdraw handle -Reload speed of Fast Mags -Different ADS times and magnifications of the different scopes
Thanks and you are my bro, bro

I can only sorta tell you about the Long Barrel and Silencer. One person says Long Barrel adds between 10-15% range, depending on the gun, another person says it's a constant 1.165 multiplier. But it's never more than 15% as far as we know.
Silencers supposedly vary by class: 15% reduction for shotguns, 25% reduction for SMGs, 30% reduction for Assault Rifles and LMGs. Dont know about pistols.

In previous call of duties the quickdraw equivalent actually reduced ADS speed by 33%, are you sure? It's been tested brah.

That's wrong. Quickdraw is a 1.5 multiplier, so it reduces ADS time to 66%, again, same as in MW2: perk_quickDrawSpeedScale "1.5"

Interesting... so do you think quickdraw is worth it? 66% is not as interesting as 50%....
I have been using it on al my assault rifles, but never missed it on my smgs. Yesterday I saw the smg's have almost the same ADS times as AR, so I started questioning the fact I dont use QD on SMG's. My real problem is that I would like to have 3/4 attachments all the time, so maybe QD is not that needed on ARs..... I mean:
Fal + silencer + select fire is awesome, but I would like QD/Red Dot/fast mags aswell....
Type 25 is nice, but fast mags is needed because of high ROF, red dot AND/OR silencer are also very nice, just like QD.... (and maybe even laser......)
ARRRRGGG, this game is better balanced than I thought..... (RED dot also got better IMO, because of more rubble through the map and because there is more recoil, better visability is better)
The effect of quick mags can be found in the statistics table though! there are reload times for normal and for fast mags!

Quickdraw handle is a 0.5x to ALL ADS times? I realise that's probably .1 of a second for shotguns but I couldn't tell the difference.
In a related tale, which I was going to make a new topic for... Does the Adjustable Stock actually confer any movement bonus to shotguns? I thought that, like SMGs, shotguns could ADS move around at max speed anyway? Again i tried both and felt no real bonus.
Answers on a postcard?

you have to take that now, unlike previous games, not EVERYONE has quickdraw. in games like mw3, ther were situations where u would be using an lmg, and it would take seconds to ads, while the smg has quickdraw blah blah
now, i only use quickdraw if i dont have any other attachments to use

In previous games, SMGs were the only primaries to have 80% movement speed while ADS and shotties had only 40%. Now, for sure, there are no actual figures but I don't think Treyarch made SMGs and Shotguns having no movement speed penalty for ADS – there won't be any use of using Stalker Adjustable Stock on them + it would be quiet unfair for CQCs.

But they still move more than fast enough to completely demerit the stock.
