Didn't know that about the EMP Grenade, that's pretty nice, it makes it better than the Black Hat to counter sentries and guardians. Apparently two EMP grenades destroy a AGR, so it's not just a stun.

Nice info. I generally avoid optical attachments since IMO points are better spent elsewhere, but that MMS sounds tempting.

In anyway, I can see there is a great synergy between the EMP/PDA and Engineer, which is only strengthened when Scavenger is added.

Does the EMP Grenade go off in a set amount of time (like the Flashbang) or does it go off when it hits the ground (like a Concussion)?

They have a noticeably short fuse, which is similar, if not quicker than Flashbangs. More often than not mine detonate mid-flight as I toss them over the map.

Comments & questions:
1) EMP is great for getting cheap assist points. Each player killed under the influence of EMP gives 50 EMP assist points (at least in Domination), and I can often get >=2 assists with just one grenade tossed towards the flag, not to mention I often also destroy some equipments by doing this (Betty, TI, Trophy, Shock, etc)
2) MMS: what's the ADS time? Maybe it has longer ADS time than reflex?
3) Keep in mind that if nothing else Reflex has at least one usage: you'll be awarded with XPs for getting ADS kills and unlock various reticules.

So far, I measured ADS times for all ARs and sights don't affect it.

Wait, so the mms has two abilities? I never used it, but I thought it only scans through walls to find non cold-blooded users? What is this additional pulse you're talking about and how often does it happen? Because it scans like every second

Are there certain rules that apply for displaying enemies through walls? Such as, let's say, they have to have been standing still for a certain amount of time... ?

Have been having a lot of fun with MMS. MMS + Smoke is a great combo, especially for Dom Opening Move (to cap B). Throw the smoke right pass the B flag and then ADS and shoot the enemy in the smoke while capping B flag with the teammates, very effective.

Cold-blooded isn't completely immune to target finder, and now it isn't completely immune to MMS scanner? Confirmed garbage perk now? Well actually, a tad bit more useful than hardwired. At least it takes your name and red cross hair from enemies off.

found out last night that trophies shoot down emp grenades. This was different in MW3.
So I guess my strategy of throwing two trophy systems around my guardian/assault shield/lmg set-up was more synergetic than I had first anticipated.

too bad the trophy doesnt save you through walls. Meaning that only really works in open areas. which is where you will find me...out in the open...where nobody would expect me.

when bettys and electric charges are disabled with an emp, do they ever come back or disabled forever?
does the MM pulse have to be on a pulse to pick up a player tactical loitering behind a wall? Sometimes, I'll notice the pulse has already passed the wall by the time i ads and decide if i want to rush or wait for another pulse to make sure.

If you aim the MMS at a wall behind which is a camper who hasn't moved recently, you'll see him. No pulse required.
