It appears that the MCOM has 500 health.
According to Materials, a C4 explosion has a 0.15x multiplier against the "Objective" material. 290 becomes 43.5. Twelve C4 stuck to the objective will destroy it.
Given the base damage of the rockets, all three match up with a 0.1x multiplier. 12 hits from the RPG-7. About 45 damage. 15 hits from the Carl Gustav. 35 damage. 10 hits from the AT-4. 52.5 damage.
For the 40mm, the damage done doesn't add up to the 0.2 multiplier. It takes 16 direct hits from 40mm grenades to destroy the MCOM, so it'd have to be between 31.25 and 33.3 damage.

its only 4-5 packs of carefully placed c4 to bring down a building, so half the time its not worth the effort to stick the m-com, hitting it with rpgs along with a good assault riflemen can be quite helpful

Good to know the extra explosive damage helps, as I've learned through normal play it takes 8 AT4s to destroy one by myself and that matches with Den's numbers. I was never sure if I was wasting the extra damage spec. (This is especially useful since the carry extra explosives spec gives you 8 rockets. The last Bravo on Arica Harbor is no match for me!)

What about tanks and choppers?
I'm pretty sure tank shells are nerfed, but what about the miniguns on the chopper? Unless I've always been shooting at weakened MCom stations, I can usually destroy one in a matter of seconds using the minigun.
Thanks for all this information by the way. You rock man.
