Lets say whole squad takes medic with faster heal spec. Everyone throw medkit to ground at some populated area and sit there killing when nobody can kill you, exept with explosives, but medics can also revive each other then.
Well that doesnt work if healing doesnt stack so does it? And does healing from medkit start instantly after taking damage?
How about ammo boxes?

Multiple medkits will multiply the healing since each of them are healing the player individually.
As for ammo boxes: Each box has a cycle - an Ammo Resupply Delay every 1.5 seconds. Depending on a weapon's Ammo Box Pickup Rate, ammo will be given for it every Rate x 1.5 seconds. (ex. 40mmGL has a rate of 7, 10.5 seconds)
If the player needs ammo for multiple weapons, the weapon he has in hand will get ammo first before the stowed weapons if they share the same cycle, so you could miss out on getting a grenade or C4 with your gun in hand.
Two ammo boxes mean two different cycles and two ammo amounts given with each rate.

As far as I can tell, the MedKit is not influenced by anything, it will heal X amount every second as long as the player is in range of it.

so theoretically we could drop like 20 med kits in one spot and sit on it.....

Right then, so the obvious question (seen as I can't seem to find it) is, how much health does a medkit heal per second?
You are my bro, bro etc... ;o)

so theoretically we could drop like 20 med kits in one spot and sit on it..... Yes, but you would have to have body armor on. If someone throws explosives in your direction, you need to guarantee that the explosive's damage won't go over your total HP immediately. So armor would give you 125 hp, so after getting hit from a grenade with the max damage, you would still have 15 hp and not have a negative amount. Because if your hp is gone over, there is no chance for the medkits to work. Also, you could only have 12, not 20. So generally this idea of invincibility seems pretty stretched, and I bet that it wouldn't work too well when playing. also, cvek, the medkit gives 10 hp per second, and goes away after 200 health. With medkit speed it gives 15. It is further down on the charts

So it looks like this isn't really feasible. Consider the extreme case of someone unloading on you at close range:
Looking at the charts an AEK-971 at close range has a TTK of 0.45s. That's 222 health per second so you'd need 23 medkits parked under your butt to be invincible.
Obviously that's the extreme, you'd be shooting back, all the shots would have to hit, and at some point the guy is going to run out of ammo. But even so, this doesn't look like a viable strategy.

Can anyone confirm that a medics packs heal themselves? I swear the red on the screen does not decrease any faster if Im standing on my own med pack.

it should. in hardcore you don't heal at all without an outside interference, and there you can heal yourself perfectly fine.
