M16 w/ Pro Pipe M249 w/ Grip Smoke Overkill Dead Silence
I wanted to make a good M249 w/ Grip class. I use Overkill so that I can move faster by having something else as my primary. I use the Pro Pipe because it is the only other attachment worth sacrificing Perk 1 for. I use the M16 because the M16 and the G3 are the best Pro Pipe weapons for sniping, and I prefer 3 round burst to semi-auto. I use Smoke and Dead Silence because I always use them.
If that isn't a well thought out class I don't know what is.

ye that actully works really well, as i am a huge fan of the m16 and it is great even with the "pro pipe" because i hate it, but on that class it is amazin, the dead silence is gd on it to the only change i made which i liked more is a stun not the smoke but if u prefere that then there u go.
greatly thought class u will own

i'm more of a fan of the m1014 w/ grip m249 w/grip combo Seems pointless, since in HC the Saw is probably a better CQC gun than even the shotty. And better at mid-range, and better at long-range. Some thoughts... I'd really recommend the G3 over the M16, seeing as the G3 is a 1-shot kill at any range, so a 3-round burst just means two wasted shots (and a longer cooldown before the next shot if you were off-target). Really, though, I think your secondary gun-choice doesn't matter in the slightest, since you'll quickly find that the SAW is your best option for close-range, mid-range, *AND* long-range... so you could use the M16, AK47, G3, or even the G36c, since all they are is a grenade delivery device. For a while after I discovered the amazing wonder that is the Gripped SAW in HC, I ran around with all 5 of my custom slots set up with the combo. From that experience, I have a couple of recommendations. #1- try using the M21 instead of M16 sometime. It's just as mobile, and while you don't get a free toob, you do get a ghillie suit, and there's nothing more fun than playing "Ghillie Rambo". As I said above, you'll find that you're using the SAW at every range in every situation anyway, so which gun you choose makes little difference except for aesthetically. #2- Steady Aim is your friend. The biggest difference between the Gripped M249 and the P90 in terms of playstyle (other than movement speed, of course), is that the M249 takes forever to pull up its sights. If you get in a CQC confrontation, your only hope is to fire from the hip, and Steady Aim will go a long way towards ensuring that you win all such encounters. Basically, Gripped SAW from the hip in HC is like a point-blank n00b t00b in SC- instant CQ win. #3- It might sound a little blasphemous, but give serious consideration to Double Tap. Especially when paired with Steady Aim, Double Tap on the SAW is a little ridiculous. At CQ ranges, you can fill a very tight area (tighter than an SMG without Steady Aim, even) with a ton of bullets in a short period of time, and all of those bullets are a 1-shot kill. At extreme ranges, you can hold down the trigger and gently sweep your sights over an area for a guaranteed kill with minimal time spent aiming. I'm a big camper, and I use Claymores and UAV Jammer on 95+% of my classes, but SAW + Grip + Double Tap + Steady Aim is actually a better hardcore tactical loitering class than anything I've ever used. It's a great run-and-gun weapon as well, if you don't mind the slightly slower movement speed.

i just recomended shotty for movement speed. Oic. In that case, roll with a golden M1014 so you can flash the bling when the situation warrants.
