Halo Council reveals the new promethian enemy force you are going to fight against in Halo 4 (besides the Covenants which are also your enemies), based on info from Game Informer (to be published in October):

Both enemies and weapons look pretty "bad-ass" :-). Also, they are going to have some interesting behaviors on the battlefield that you probably have not encountered before.
And that's not all:
"First you encounter the Covenant. Then the Prometheans. But it is when they combine forces, and how they combine, that will offer biggest surprises. "
