This is what I can provide for you guys at the moment. I may or may not be amending this list later, but it all depends on what kind of footage you guys want me to collect.

Notes:
1. The file names are automatically ordered by the recording device. However, I didn't rename the files to indicate what is what. Here's the list below in top-down order:
Assault Rifle
Battle Rifle
Magnum
DMR
SAW
Detached UNSC Turret
Storm Rifle
Plasma pistol (uncharged and charged)
Covenant Carbine
Needler
Light Rifle (burst and aimed)
Boltshot (uncharged and charged)
Detached Plasma Turret
Suppressor
Concussion Rifle? (It's pretty useless in my opinion. I'll cover the explosives later on in my research)
2. Every recording, regardless of fire mode, has been capped at the maximum fire rate. I was not using a modded controller, so fair warning to the semi-automatic weapons - some volleys may not be entirely "maxed out". Look for shot delays and make sure they are consistent before taking the results.
3. The turrets didn't reach high enough above my little retaining wall for my firing range, and they hit that little barrier. Take what you want from it.
4. This is a .rar file, so you need to download WinRar to open it.
5. Captures are recorded in .m2ts format. Although I highly recommend using a program with a codec for this already included (i.e. Sony Vegas, etc.), you can either convert the files to a format using free online converters or download a codec yourself.
6. As you could guess, these are recorded in 720p @30 FPS with no latency due to online lag.
I'm not demanding you compare your personal results with my current information, but if you want, the link to my constantly updating spreadsheet is below:

Please only comment on the constants you collect, not the equations. I'm aware that some of them are flawed and there are still amendments that need to be made on this document. If for whatever reason though you have an issue with a constant that I displayed (i.e. delay frames, reload speeds, whatever) then please let me know so we can work around some issues.
Have at it, looking forward to your results.
