Can somebody confirm my fears? It seems to me that the Light Rifle (oh, the irony) and Carbine are not really hitscan. It seems that people can dodge the bullets just by strafing.

This came to me after I started to use the other Primaries. Does anyone else share this opinion?

I read somewhere that all the precision primaries were Hit-Scan, but only up too certain distances (different ranges for the different weapons). This would be somewhat similar to how the Halo 3 BR operated.

How true this is, i haven't a clue.
