sup den,
after looking over Marvel's BO2 weapon charts I've become a little confused regarding ACTUAL reload times. There are three categories he breaks them up into: standard, quick 1 and quick 2. I have no idea what the difference is between these. Am I new here? yes. Would I still like to know the difference? Absolutely.
My thought process is this--Since there is no sleight of hand in this game, I'm trying to make sort of a make-shift version WITHOUT using both QD and fast mags. So, if someone could list off the 3 fastest reloading SMG's and AR's (these are the two main weapon types I use), I can use these weapons with ONLY QD in an attempt to free up an extra slot for something else (namely stock or supressor)
Alternatively, if someone could name the 3 SLOWEST reloading SMG's, I can use fast mags and replace QD with another attachment (because SMG's obviously have a faster ADS time than AR's).
Any help at all would be appreciated, and, I would do it myself if I could understand this chart!
Thanks guys:)

So, I also took the ADD time from all 3 categories (standard, quick 1, quick 2) and averaged them out with all AR's and SMG's and got this:
MTAR - 1.12 T25 - 1.25 SWAT - .94 FAL - 1.10 M27 - 1.03 SCAR - .98 SMR - 1.5 M8A1 - 1.22 AN94 - 1.05
MP7 - 1.02 PDW - 1.3 VECTOR - 1.01 MSMC - 1.21 CHICOM - 1.13 SKORPION - 1.03 PEACEKEEPER - 1.00
..not 100% sure if this brings me any closer to an answer but I feel like I'm on the right track

Standard is without Fast Mags. Quick 1 is every odd reload with Fast Mags (such as when you flip the mags over on assault rifles). Quick 2 is every even reload with Fast Mags. So the three fastest reloading assault rifles, by Add time, are the SCAR, SWAT-556, and the AN-94, without Fast Mags.
