To be fair, the PS4's high bandwidth GDDR5 as main system memory really is at the absolute top of the game; but yeah i thought it was pretty well established that EA says stupid things. But they support LGBT; that somehow means that EA would never shaft their customers.

Some guy who seemed to know what he was talking about said this:
"I believe he's saying this because both console APUs come with HSA improvements, such as hUMA, which PC users currently don't have yet. Also, a SoC integrates a CPU and all peripheral controllers (including graphics, sound, ports etc.) on a single chip. So better efficiency."
