Sorry to create a whole thread for this, since I'm probably the only one who cares, but I'm DYING to know the swap times!!!!
I've done some half-assed test in private match with a few SMGs and ARs, but they all seem about the same to me, unfortunately. I was really hoping to find a G36C equivalent to use with my shield, especially since there's no machine pistols.
Anyone notice a primary swapping faster than normal?
EDIT: Found!
Crap, I cut off the raise time of the shotties in the pic I took.
SMGs
CBJ 1.0 k7 .9 Vector 1.06 MtarX 1.93 Bizon 1.36 Vepr 1.066
ARs
AK12 1.0 ARX 1.333 SA805 1.16 FAD 1.03 Honey B .9 MSBS 1.23 R5 .766 SC2010 1.0
LMGs
Ameli 1.9 SAW 1.7 LSAT 1.7 M27 1.433
DMRs
MR28 1.0 IA2 1.73 MK14 1.133 SVU .83
SRs
USR 1.36 L115 1.3 Lynx 1.567 VKS 1.46
Pistols
.44 Mag .5 .2 443Grach .567 .433 M9a1 .7 .433 SIG .566 .533 PDW .56 .4
I included the drop times for the pistols, second column. I guess I'll get the shotties on my next trip to Wally-World, unless somebody beats me to it.

The strategy guide has all the raise/drop times and a bunch of other stuff, but I don't have it handy. Were you looking for the fastest ars/smgs?

No we're looking for the slowest. We like to take our time, thank you very much.

We mostly care about the raise times; the fastest shotgun, smg, ar and even lmg would be great. Thanks! I am interested as well, and for the same reason. Ely! Sup brother!? Will we be seeing you on Ghosts soon?

Well, if the numbers are anything substantial to go by, then there's more reason to use the Bulldog over the rest, and even less an incentive to bother with the MTS, lol.

I included the drop times for the pistols, second column. Thanks for the effort, FtS. Would still like to see drop times for all weapons. Any info on launchers? Also... aren't there some exceptions when drop time isn't used? Could someone explain how that works again?

Kastet was the fastest, Panzer was the worstest. All of the times were >1.00

In my testing these ranking don't seem to hold true. I can swap from shield to shooting using MtarX, Chainsaw, ripper,or Honey badger noticeable faster than any other guns. Maybe the drop/raised times have be changed since launch or there are other factors at play.

Why do different weapons within a weapon category have different swap times anyway? Those times are slow by COD standards IMO.

Just means more people use SMGs and ARs than they already do, particularly with strafing being much more viable with or without Stalker. Why bother with weapons with slow swap times and potentially make yourself vulnerable? I don't see it as an issue of balance if a bigger weapon has a fast swap time. I mean we get SMGs and ARs dealing more damage at range than LMGs and that is a bigger anomaly than being able to swap weapons faster. Just means in Ghosts people like me will happily 'soundwhore' when using a gimped weapon. I haven't seen global stats for perk usage but I am sure faster weapon swap abilities has always been the lesser used ones. Reflex or Amplify for 2 points? No brainer.

Reflex or Amplify for 2 points? No brainer. People don't use ping as much as I thought they would. Such a good perk.

People don't use ping as much as I thought they would. Such a good perk. It's somewhat redundant if you have Amplify and they're not using Dead Silence. It's a nice perk to have, but hard to find room for in your loadout.

It's a nice perk to have, but hard to find room for in your loadout. I stopped using lightweight since I realized it was a perk that didn't help enough to justify 2 points, so I started using ping instead. I guess ps3 it's not that great since everyone runs around aimlessly and without DS but on PS4 everyone knows what they're doing, so when you kill a teammate they sit there waiting for you. And it's great on gamemodes like domination or S&D where there are only like 3 or 4 locations where a competent player will be. Kill one and you get to see where the others are. Also, no one uses OtG.

OtG is too expensive :/ I can squeeze it in sometimes, but with big maps and spotty satcom coverage it's not worth it a lot of the time. Better to jam in incog.
